Trump supporters in Norwalk, Iowa, were told on Tuesday that Trump would appear "with a very special guest" after the high-profile endorsement by the former Alaska governor. But after appearing in Norwalk, Trump gave a relatively standard stump speech without being joined by the onetime vice-presidential candidate.
