Yavapai County sheriff's deputies have arrested a teacher at American Heritage Academy on charges of having sex with a student. Deputies went to the school Thursday after the school principal reported catching the teacher and student in a compromising situation. The principal, Leonard Miller, told sheriff's detectives he tried to enter biology teacher Emili Kay Daniels' classroom, but the door was locked. NEW YORK -- A Dutchess County special education teacher has been accused of having sex with a 15-year-old disabled student. Teacher Mandi Weeks, 27, was arrested on Monday in Queens. Kumari Fulbright, a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Raner Collins, was indicted Dec. 18 on five felony charges – armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
