A federal appeals court on Friday ruled that Trump does not have immunity from January 6 civil lawsuits. Earlier this year, Joe Biden’s Justice Department said in a court filing in the DC US Court of Appeals that Donald Trump can be sued by police officers over January 6. The DOJ lawyers argued that Trump does not have immunity from civil lawsuits by police officers. US District Judge Amit Mehta, an Obama appointee earlier this year rejected Trump’s immunity claim.

Protesters seek justice for dads in custody battles Sunday, June 18, 2006 Bill Bush THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH In 1953, Kris Slaughter’s father got full custody of her and her older brother after her stepfather was accused of sexually molesting a child from their neighborhood. It was the right decision, she said, although it was almost unheard of then for a father to get custody over a mother — and it was rare for couples to get divorced in the first place. Although her mother was accused of nothing, Slaughter didn’t see her again until adulthood. "She never came back, except...

Former District Attorney Fights Corrupt Courts and Corrupt Judges in Portland Oregon [He Lost] Battle with Multnomah CountyHow could a man who came from an all American role model family, who was loved by those who knew him, and considered to be a civic leader, was Director of the Multnomah County Consumer Fraud Division, get committed to a mental institution? After multiple attempts to make a public record, in open court in Multnomah County, regarding the theft of the Kettleberg Estate, Roger was ordered to have a "psych eval" by Dr. Falder Colby. When Multnomah County Judge Dorothy Baker asked...

In Iowa, the government has confiscated the savings of 11-year-old Rylan Nitzschke. Rylan saved $220 from chores and shoveling snow, but that now belongs to Iowa. Why? Rylan’s father allegedly owes child support (to Rylan), and his father’s name was on the boy’s bank account.OK, so this is a mistake, and Iowa will return the boy’s savings, right? Wrong. State officials have no intention of returning the money. After all, they receive federal funds for each dollar they collect (and for each father they incarcerate). Rylan’s piggy bank helps balance the budget. As Congress prepares to pass the Welfare Reform bill,...

Common Law is a real thing. It is a real system of laws derived from centuries of work, study and sacrifice of millions of people. It is not trivial and inconsequential as some would have you think. It is the Common Law that is most represented within Our Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Our Bill of Rights. These documents were designed to limit and eliminate the vicious Equity, Maritime or Admiralty Law which was what we revolted against as Our Revolution against the totalitarianism of England. Did you know the Anglo-American system (Our system) of jurisprudence is the only one...
