They use forklift in getaway from city lotThieves of the especially brazen variety busted into a New Orleans repair lot for city-owned vehicles Thursday night or early Friday, and made off with two unmarked police cars. The car-lot burglars apparently hopped the fence at the maintenance facility on Alvar Street in the Desire neighborhood, said Bob Young, a spokesman for the New Orleans Police Department.
