BEIJING — China dismissed Tuesday a British editorial accusing it of "hijacking" the U.N.-sponsored climate talks in Copenhagen as baseless and politically motivated. British climate change minister Edward Miliband's editorial singled out Beijing as the culprit behind the talks' near collapse.
