Assistant Attorney General JoAnne Kloppenburg will announce at 4 p.m. whether she will seek a recount in the April 5 election for the state Supreme Court. The official tally shows Kloppenburg lost to Justice David Prosser by 7,316 votes - less than 0.5% of the 1.5 million votes cast. She is to make the announcement in Warner Park on the north side of Madison.
