DOUGLAS — A trick-or-treater in Douglas got a little more than he expected in his bag when he found a marijuana cigarette mixed in with his Milk Duds and Hershey’s Kisses. Wanda Estrada's diamond ring spent almost a week at the bottom of a paper bag. Now it's back where it belongs: on her finger.
