An arraignment date has been set Wednesday for R & B singer R. Kelly's teenage nephew who allegedly tried to rob a barber shop but was shot by the owner last month. Brayel Kelly, 16, will be arraigned on three counts of attempted first-degree murder, and one count each of aggravated discharge of a firearm and attempted armed robbery on Dec. 23, Cook County State's Attorney's office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton said.
