Can someone help me find a link to the recent Tucker Carlson Tonight segment on M&Ms? It was on in the past few nights. I saw it on YouTube but now seems to have gone down the memory hole. I am having a difficult time understanding the case that was adjudicated today. The press doesn’t really say anything. What are the crimes the company was charged with? Tax fraud is awful broad. What are the specific charges? Is this a New York tax code case? If it is federal, why is it in a New York Court and not a federal? I’ve never heard of a tax case being decided by a jury. Has anyone seen how many viewers the kangaroo committee actually had? It is interesting that searching for the numbers, nothing definitive comes up. Searching for any other TV event it is fairly easy to get numbers, like premiers, final episodes, Super Bowls, etc. Not so with this show. What are the real numbers?
