The site has been down all week.
It was down for me too, yesterday or day before.
Just now I clicked on a JWR link from PowerLine Blog and it worked... but the link was to a specific IP address, not the JWR DNS name:
http://174.138.51.92/jonathan/zimmerman081722.php3
So you might try substituting the IP address, although I suspect it’ll change soon.
Here, for example, is another link from PowerLine Blog that works:
http://174.138.51.92/0822/shapiro081722.php3
http://174.138.51.92/ works to get to the main page, but it comes up “not secure” so you may get a security warning. It just means it’s http and not https.
Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to jewishworldreview.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
Would it be a DNS attack?
Maybe they converted to Christianity.
(Had to ask!)
Regards,
An email was sent noting the site was a victim of a DNS attack, and that the current hosting company was not helping get the site back up.
Oh vey!
I can get there with the IP address (http://174.138.51.92/) or with some (but not all) proxies (https://sitenable.asia/) but not with the customary URL.
WHOIS states their DNS information was updated on the 14th of this month, which seems odd timing since the domain registry is set to expire on the 30th of Oct. Maybe DNS poisoning?
