On or after 01/01/2011 residents of Illinois will if this bill passes be required to dispose of all non-coded bullets in their possession.Said persons will able to transfer non-coded bullets to an heir or to a resident of another state....All of this is supposed to prevent gun violence. This along with a ban on any device that may enable a pocket knife to be opened with one hand.These knives would have to be destroyed,turned over to law enforcement or taken out of state. New York, Dec,5 (UPI) The New York City Transit Court has refused to recind a ticket given to a woman with an injured leg who propped it up on a subway seat on doctors orders.
