The three victims of the Indian immigrant truck driver who made an illegal U-turn across a Florida highway earlier this month have been identified as Haitian immigrants, according to officials.
The driver Herby Dufresne, 30, and passengers Faniola Joseph, 27, and Rodrigue Dor, 53, all Haitian immigrants, were in their minivan when it plowed into the side of an 18-wheeler driven by Harjinder Singh, an immigrant from India, on Aug. 12, the Miami Herald reported.
Dufresne arrived in Miami in December 2023 from Port-au-Prince and was given a two-year permit to live and work in the US after obtaining a financial sponsor under a Biden-era program, the outlet reported, citing a friend of the victim.

Legal “immigrants” or illegal aliens?
Sounds like the “media” is saying, “Oh they were just three subhuman Haitian immigrants so why are all you MAGAS getting wrapped around the axel? Give the Indian dumbass driver that can’t read English and don’t know what the highways sign mean a break. That’s exactly what this is.
The Haitians were not illegals. If they had work permits, they were, by definition, legally here.
The truck driver who killed them? He was an illegal.

So how does that figure into the DEI grievance scorecard? +3/-1 toward the Haitian immigrants, or do Indians score more points here? And should we find out the religion and sexual orientation of all parties involved as a tie-breaker?

Ummm, that’s not a certainty, since the BiteMe admin was handing out work permits to those normally considered illegals, IIRC, there were a few reports about that several years back, but they kept that pretty quiet.
It’s irrelevant to me who the victims are. That Indian driver needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. And California should no longer be allowed to issue CDL licenses unless they clean up their act. It’s crazy to allow these incompetent drivers to drive tractor trailers.
Foreign nationals, endless chain immigration and open borders. All thanks to the criminals running the government who decided dumping millions of these people into America was good for us.

So this “accident” involved no Americans, except for the men who had to clear up the wreckage. This was a foreign Sikh truck driver vs foreign Haitians in an automobile.
I must put some of the blame on the Haitians, for not dodging a huge lumbering semi, making the illegal turn. Their car was much more maneuverable. Did this crash happen at night?
Let me guess, the cops, who showed up on scene were from Syria, and the paramedics from Gaza.

Since you were not there and a part of the high speed freeway, you're in no position to put the blame on anyone other than the illegal driver of the semi.......
