“I have thought for awhile that someone in the administration would come forward and spill everything to avoid prison time.”
Likely pardon purchasers should be easy to locate and may be likely to want an immunity for their testimony to go along with their shiny new pardons. IMHO that’s far more likely than a true blue bindenista.
To the left “democracy” is when their boot is on your neck.
Those are the elites. The true believers like those over at DU, lick the boot on their neck but will never be happy until the other boot is on our necks.
“In the event that Defendants do not choose to purge their contempt, the Court will proceed to identify the individual(s) responsible for the contumacious conduct by determining whose “specific act or omission” caused the noncompliance. At the suggestion of the Government in the last hearing, the Court will begin by requiring declarations. Should those be unsatisfactory, the Court will proceed either to hearings with live witness testimony under oath or to depositions conducted by Plaintiffs. The next step would be for the Court, pursuant to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, to “request that the contempt be prosecuted by an attorney for the government. If the government “declines” or “the interest of justice requires,” the Court will “appoint another attorney to prosecute the contempt,” Judge Boasberg wrote.
Just when you think this idiot couldn't get more ridiculous! Is he going to stamp his widdle feet and hold his breath?

How are they going to handle people who made duty free purchases of wine or liquor. Currently you place it in your checked bag before proceeding to your connecting flight.
It will all have to be carried on the domestic flight.
