Simply put, the American Families Plan calls for banks and other financial institutions to report more than just a taxpayer’s interest earned, capital gains and losses. Banks and other financial institutions would also be required to report “aggregate account outflows and inflows.” In other words, the IRS will know about all of your bank accounts, whether you earned income on that account or not, how much is in the account in a given year, and how much was transferred in and out of the account. Excerpted per Free Republic rules.

The National Guard is assisting in the tallying of thousands of absentee ballots in Wisconsin. Polling officials in the state’s Outagamie County have asked for at least 22 of the roughly 400 National Guardsmen activated in Wisconsin to assist with transcribing thousands of misprinted absentee ballots into clean ballots, according to a local Fox News station. As many as 13,500 such ballots will have to be transcribed in Outagamie and Calumet counties. The effort follows the state Supreme Court declining to issue a ruling on such ballots. Poll workers will need to work around the clock to meet the deadline...

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said in an op-ed that White House officials have closed him off from offering policy advice to President Trump, including a way to exit the Iran nuclear deal. In an op-ed published in National Review, Bolton said former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, who left the White House on Aug. 18, asked him in July to draft a proposal for how the U.S. could leave the Iran deal. But Bolton said it's unlikely his five-page plan, titled "Abrogating the Iran Deal: The Way Forward," will make it to Trump's desk,...

Walmart is selling Black Lives Matter clothing and other items amid calls to designate the movement as a hate or terrorist effort. The retailer has banned sales of items bearing a Confederate flag, and an “All Lives Matter” bumper sticker saying it was “offensive.” Some of the Black Lives Matter clothing items also have the word “Bulletproof” on them. A search on the huge retail corporation’s website shows a wide assortment of clothing and other items bearing the text “Black Lives Matter,” and there is even a Black Lives Matter monthly pocket planner for sale. The retail giant recently faced...

Cairo, Egypt - The United States has announced that it is planning to help Egypt build a border fence along the Gaza-Egypt border. Washington transferred $23 million worth of special aid to the North African nation as part of its assistance in locating smuggling tunnels. Over the past few months, smuggling between Gaza and Egypt has garnered more attention in light of the Israeli economic blockade on the small Mediterranean strip of land. Israel is calling on Egypt to improve its crackdown on Palestinian smuggling, which the Jewish state says allows weapons to enter Gaza that are then used against...

It was a day that would cost and change so much: Sept. 11. Now at commercial airports, we're willing to be scanned and scrutinized so a similar attack will never happen again. But national experts consulted by 11 News say we're making another mistake. Take Mary Schiavo, an expert in general aviation methods and security and the former Inspector General for the U. S. Department of Transportation. "The terrorists have moved onto other plans," Schiavo said. "And there's really nothing to stop them." So what's the problem? While Uncle Sam spends billons a year on commercial airport security, thousands of...

Rutherford County law enforcement agencies were concerned about homeland security safety after an incident at Barrett Firearms Manufacturing, Inc. Around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, an unidentified man of Middle Eastern descent approached an employee outside Barrett Manufacturing, asked about what was made there, and if he could see inside. The employee responded with information tours planned in advance. The man wanted to know if he could buy metal from the company with the $15,000 to $20,000 in cash he had on him at the time. The employee offered to give the man's name to management, but he left in a white...

A Web video of Al Qaeda's No. 2 leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri, surfaced Thursday and called on Muslims throughout the Middle East to wage a jihad against Ethiopian forces occupying Somalia. "You have to use ambushes and mines, and raids and suicidal attacks until you rend and eat your prey as the lion does with his prey," al-Zawahiri declared. The statement was part of a five-and-a-half minute video produced by the terrorist group's multimedia arm as-Sahab. In the video titled "Set Out and Support Your Brothers in Somalia," and translated by the SITE Institute, Zawahiri is seen in a still image...

"We want to say to the whole world that the presence of observers from the Islamic republic of...

Anyone in the market for a new PC/laptop be forewarned. DON'T buy a Dell. I purchased a new Dell laptop two months ago. Already it needs to go in for repair (under warranty). Without going into pages of gory details their products stink, their tech support and customer support is non-existent (even if you are lucky enough to get someone that speaks English) and they don't honor their warranties. Don't be sucked in by their low prices. It's not worth it. One of the most frustrating experiences ever.

The largest was a 2,500-acre fire in the rolling hills south of Temecula, but five additional blazes were spaced far apart from each other in parts of four counties where temperatures climbed to 100 degrees.

Does anyone remember who wrote the following flame of all flames? Thanks for your help. You swine. You vulgar little maggot. You worthless bag of filth. As we say in Texas, I'll bet you couldn't pour p!ss out of a boot with instructions on the heel. You are a canker. A sore that won't go away. I would rather kiss a lawyer than be seen with you. You're a putrescent mass, a walking vomit. You are a spineless little worm deserving nothing but the profoundest contempt. You are a jerk, a cad, a weasel. Your life is a monument to...

Does anyone have a link to the RNC and the DNC platforms? The DNC website offers an entire book detailing their platform, but, I am looking for a succinct summary of the two platforms to compare. I need to bombard my socialist father-in-law with conservative data after a rather heated discussion we had today. I can't take it anymore. Thanks.

Perle Resigns Controversial Figure Quits Advisory Panel Post W A S H I N G T O N, Feb. 25— A controversial associate of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has resigned from his seat on a key Pentagon advisory panel, ABCNEWS has learned. Richard Perle, a lightning rod for critics of the Bush administration's national security policies, informed Rumsfeld more than two weeks ago he was quitting the Defense Policy Board. He confirmed the decision in a letter to the defense chief last Wednesday. "We are now approaching a long presidential election campaign, in the course of which issues on which...

Investigative Report Cracks in System Open to Terrorists Posted Feb. 17, 2004 By Timothy W. Maier Published: Tuesday, March 2, 2004 Some analysts say the real problem with the airline security system is that it´s too predictable and therefore easy for terrorists to penetrate. Imagine if the world's most notorious fugitive, Osama bin Laden, attempted to board an airliner in the United States. Suppose he were clean-shaven, sporting short hair, wearing a pin-striped business suit and looked like so many other travelers that no suspicions were raised. How far might he get? If he used aliases such as names of...
