Top Biden administration officials personally signed off on an FBI investigation that would go on to target nearly 100 Republican-linked groups or entities — and may have even “spied” on members of Congress.

Former Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco and FBI Director Christopher Wray’s signatures all appear on an April 4, 2022, document authorizing the bureau’s “Arctic Frost” probe that was released Thursday by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). Grassley accused the Biden administration of having “unleashed unchecked govt power at the highest levels” in a bombshell X post on the disclosures before vowing: “My oversight will continue.”

The FBI’s Washington Field Office requested the senior officials’ authorization before looking into “an apparent effort to obstruct Congress’ certification of the Electoral College” and “fraudulent certificates of electors’ votes were submitted to the Archivist of the United States, purporting to represent the actual elector votes from the states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin,” the files show.

Jack Smith is saying it was "entirely proper" for him to spy on Republicans.

First of all, your appointment was deemed illegal. Declassify and Release Attorney General Merritless Garland's memo that outlined your authority, and the scope of your investigation, so we can see where Garland authorized you to spy on Republican Senators, because you weren't allowed to do it on your own.

As a reminder, Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein issued two such memorandums to Robert Mueller. This was not a normal occurrence. The first memo was dated May 17, 2017, and outlined the scope of Team Mueller's authorized investigation in the broadest terms. The second memo, dated August 2, 2017 expanded Mueller's mandate beyond allegations of Russian election interference.

"Because of this second memo, Paul Manafort's lawyers moved to have his initial and the subsequent superseding indictments for business dealings years ago dismissed because, among other reasons, Mueller had no legal authority beyond probing Russian election interference in the 2016 election when he was appointed by Rosenstein on May 17, 2017."

How many such memos did Garland send to Smith outlining what authority Smith had, and his scope of investigation?

He’s actually doing a good job. Whistleblowers are apparently comfortable going to him with proof of all the previous administration corruption.

Use this to show what Obama and Biden justices did. True weaponization of the DoJ. Get all of Holder’s peeps also and add conspiracy charges.
