Medical bills are like any other. They are a legal debt. Far too many people put them aside (no big deal), but they are legal debts and should be paid.

Freemasonry is not a religious organization. We restrict no man for religious beliefs. We require a belief in God. We open and close our meetings with a prayer to God (however you perceive Him) I think the Church has a whole lot more in which to concern herself. The main reason that the Church has discouraged Freemasonry is that it encourages men to think for themselves. Our tenants are duty to God, to a neighbor and to yourself. I guess the Church thinks that is not a good idea. The Church has better things in which to concern herself.
You mention making D.C. a state. I am in greatly in favor of that. Give D.C. Prince George and Montgomery counties from Maryland. Maryland would then become a red state. Everyone wins.
We need to institute a policy simular to bears that wonder into town. We catch them, tag them, take them back up into the woods and release them. If they show up again, we shoot them. Problem solved.
Let us not forget Ted Williams (the last 400 hitter) who in the prime of his career served his country in the USMC. In my opinion, the best player ever.
The Military is an excellant vehicle toward citizenship for LEGAL aliens. Illegals should not even be considered. The fact is, that 99% of those here illegally couldn't qualify for our military. The educational requirements would exclude most of them.
