  • ACORN files suit against filmmakers

As mentioned already "Discovery" comes into play. I just wonder if one of those fired "Acorniacs" got hold of a slimey enough lawyer, who is launching the suit strictly for the $$$$$? The "Pimp and Prostitute" don't have any money. How much cash would certain higher ups in Acorn pass on to those who were fired just to "shut up and go away".

Alot of money has potentially been misused, having passed through many hands. How many people in this organization have been taking cuts of Federal Dollars over the years? There may be a substantially HUGE payout to those fired, coming from within Acorn because of the fear of Discovery. This suit smells like a calculated move by the lawyer, leaches don't care where the blood(money)comes from I think.

A dangerous thing this sense of entitlement..... That's my story and I'm sticky

I see that Terrorist Organizations have no ethical problems handing over film to CNN.Will CNN give full credit to the "reporter" who took the footage?Or do all such videos get shown without mentioning/crediting where they came from? Will CNN be ready to go to court to protect its' source? Is the sniper in uniform?Did the sniper take into account the safety of any surrounding civilians?
Where any children or puppies exposed to danger? Will the sniper be granting any interviews? Were CNN reporters in the area when the attack took place?Did other Media outlets get copies of the Video or just CNN?Did CNN ask whether the sniper was Sunni or Shiite? How does the sniper feel about The House Page Scandal? What is the sniper's favorite News Organization?(Like we have to guess)...
  • In her Vermont town, precious few knew Catherine Mayo

I would not be surprised to find that females are being utilized to make "dry run attempts" to see what the air line security and response will be to a mid flight disturbance.Remember that women were used to see if they could get past security road checks in Iraq, until they were shot up for not stopping, just as quickly as vehicles driven by men.
If the idea is to "freakout if detected" it wont take long for everybody to assume they are dealing with just another nutcase.Everyone will be jumpy for the first few episodes then become lax again, lulled into a false sense of security.
That said Mayo seems to be so far out in left field she's scaring the cows in someone else's pasture...... ...Speaking of Wizzzing Over the Atlantic, who will play her in the movie?....

Check out Michelle Malkin's blog. She has a series of pictures showing the so called dead man alive and kicking. He then was posed as dead. This was dutifully reported until it was spotted. Now several outlets have "amended the record" by reposting the caption to indicate that his friend rushed to help him when he cried out "I've fallen and I can't get up"...
...sorry, but the gods of comedy must be obeyed....

IF truth and accuracy in reporting were held in the high regard the Media claims, every paper and news outlet would cancel any wire service that foists false/doctored photos off as truth.Any story pushed or palmed off as Accurate reporting that does not mention the "guidelines" demanded by Hezbollah, would be canned.
No other business, and THE NEWS is a business, would willing accept faulty product from subcontractors.Yet Big Media continues to do so.
Therefore it is logical to conclude that various agendas anathema to accurate reporting are at play.
Those in charge have political agendas as well as bottom line concerns.Lets face it, video and photos are the prime reason these reporters are there. No video equals no audience equals no revenues.
Would Yassar and the PLO have continued granting interviews if the stories were completely and fairly reported after wards?Would Saddam have done so with CNN?
Still when one has an Anti Bush agenda it is rather convenient to be able to cover you fanny by moaning about Kalashnikov wielding handlers after wards.
... Oh what tangled webs we weave when first we practive to report what we please....
  • Does 'Separation of Church and State' really exist?

...Every official state document is dated using the Birth date of Jesus the Christ. You can't register your dog,or get a driver's permit for your kid without acknowledging the birth of Jesus by signing your name and placing the date in the passing of years since his birth.
Today's date is not to mark the founding of the country, nor the fall of Rome, nor the final episode of Friends, the Bombing of Pear Harbor, nor when "Dan'l Boone kilt a Bar".It's the single most paramount event in all of the western world,so important that we reckon all time before the event by counting backwards to its date and all time after by counting from that event.
It is 2006 years and some days since the Birth of Jesus. That is a religious reckoning of the years. It is a Testament of faith in a sense.Since "...Congress shall make no law..." I hereby demand the state stop using my religious calendar for its godless insidious purposes.ALL state documents bearing church calendar dates must be destroyed, all currencies, all school records, deeds, records -Births Deaths,Marriages all copyright claims patents etc-all books using that system shall be deemed offensive and burned, everything must be destroyed and a new state system must be used.
Stop using my Church designed calendar for your Godless insidious works....
Then and only then will we achieve true separations of Wheat from chaff-er I mean Church from state....
..unless of course that would be too expensive and troublesome. Then I suppose we could grandfather the current dating system in and make allowances for tradition.Unfortunately some smart guy like me would then try and grandfather local Christmas celebrations back into schools, reasoning that if the dating system is based on Jesus' birth how could it be offensive to celebrate that season?...
Naw better to destroy all the records and start all over, wouldn't want to offend anyone would we?.....
    ...sarcasm off...
Humbly submit July 24 Two Thousand and Six years from the birth of Jesus the Christ.

...a couple of wishes also come to mind. I want the average American to know that the Constitution is NOT a Living Document.Your rights do not change.
I want people to understand that the government does not grant me my rights, but rather that the constitution is a limiting document. The Constitution limits the government, that its power is granted in limited measure by the people only to do the peoples' business. The Government has no authority to teach me values, morals, ethics etc.

...wonder if behind the scenes the U.N. is getting its' Grape Nuts squeezed. By not playing along, and setting up a second(better) relief effort could Bush be "nudging" the U.N.to stop the foot dragging regarding the Oil/Food/Money scandal? Too many partisan leaks and insults against Bush during the recent election have U.N. fingerprints on them. Kofi and the Kids have overtly blocked investigation of the scandal. I'm sure Bush worked the phones with dependable world leaders and allies behind the scenes, leaving the U.N. to twist in the wind. Now if the U.N. wants money and Logistics aid they may have to comply with the investigation, or be seconded by a superior, more effective U.S. led coalition relief effort.

...I'm frightened for the Children.I hope these emotionally damaged democrats, who have suffered so much trauma don't take it out on others.I want written verifiable guarantees from the N.E.A. that none of its' members-Union Members who supported Kerry-will take out their emotional frustration on the children of the "stupid right".

I want verifiable protection insuring that school kids will be safe from harassment by traumatized teachers or children of left leaning parents.Obviously not all teachers will be tempted to bully our children, but the rabid vitriol of the left in aftermath gives me cause to worry. There were too many incidents of vandalism ,assault and in your face tactics this past election cycle.

How can I be sure my child wont suffer in a climate of retribution, where frustrated school authorities overtly or covertly foster a poisonous air of hatred and bullying?

Senator Leahy of Vermont held back judicial nominees on the notion that people cannot septate their politics and religion from their jobs. Will the same ruler be applied to Teachers and their frustrated political ambitions?..... This must be looked into..we must "do it for the Children".....two can play this game....

...The Kings of Europe can claim anything they wish but it does not make that claim so. Many an English King came to the throne through bloodshed ,murder ,intrigue and civil war. Many of Israel's kings were overthrown in much the same manner.Mad King George had The House of Lords cutting into his power.Did that nullify his authority under God?

Indeed God did NOT even want Israel to have a king other than for them to trust in Him, and follow his appointed men.Lots of scripture states that He will remove his anointing from Kings who fail Him, and He did so repeatedly. While I agree that we are blessed only because it suits God's purpose,I do believe that it can be historically proved that the nation has been founded upon deep Christian roots....
