I find it ironic (I know our democrat friends have no sense of irony) that some wonk in a black rob orders the executive branch to find money thinking they know the budget better than the executive. The only defense is judge. Would love to. But the cupboards are bare. Where would you like me to find the money? If I move money anywhere I get sued.

It seems this is an obvious and clearly constitutional prohibited breach of checks and balances. The judiciary is coequal not superior and sure as heck can’t order a coequal to do anything. I think this would be a 9-0 one page ruling from the supreme court. I think Justice Brown is too stupid to rule properly out of sheer ignorance. So I would peg an 8-1 per curiam ruling to side step an 8-1 vote.

I am not fine with it and said as much. My umbrage it with that is the end of MAGA crowd. I am also willing to consider that he might know things we are not privy to know. Ergo i trust his judgment. But as i said i am always observing to see what the facts are and how they develop. Nothing more, nothing less.

But hey if there is a way we both make money on the prop, I am good with taking the bet to Vegas you proffered — just as long as the bookies lose!

Not evidence, a theory or postulate. I tend to agree there is a list as several cabinet officials and directors said as much. However there was a lot of talk right at the beginning of the term. As such, it must at least be considered that after all the talk, once the list was really vetted and looked at, there may have been flaws in it. Maybe unverifiable data, poor investigation, wild rumors or unsubstantiated allegations.

I might also weigh this against I know PDJT has through action convinced me of his integrity, ability to weather a storm even when he is alone, thoughtfulness and excellent to impeccable judgment. I think he carefully weighs all the risks and benefits to a decision, and this is hidden by his brashness and New York persona. But it remains in my opinion that he has excellent judgment. This begets my trust in him. Therefore, i am willing to give a president who has earned my trust the benefit of the doubt, that he is acting prudently given the information he has. I also believe he is truthful and when he said there is no list, i at least consider that could mean to a reasonable likelihood that in fact, there is no list, rather a whole lot of wild ass guesses that dont amount to much.

So, no, i am not eating a shit sandwich with a big grin. I am merely willing to extend the benefit of the doubt based on observations of his character and willing to continue to observe with open eyes how this plays out. What i am unwilling to do is say that we should burn the whole Maga movement to rhe ground impulsively and emotionally because we were promised a list and currently do not have one. Along those lines, perhaps he had acted with some justified deception and is waiting low to observe if someone in the deep state produces a list in order to track and destroy a target that is cloaked deeply in obscurity to the point of not neing able to clearly identify who it is. If buried deeply, it would take a bunker buster to eradicate it. This one thing I do know, PDJT is not afraid to use a bunker buster given the correct and verifiable information.

However, this is just on person’s opinion.

Or perhaps the list itself had flaws?

Seems to me there is a simple answer. Don’t play their game. Of they get in the way arrest them with as little fanfare as possible. At the same time, take a revoke federal funding to LA and the state of California. If it takes a rescission bill get it quietly through the house ir have the senate attach it to the BBB and send it back to the house. Senate it bitching there are too few cuts and this is likely a cut that would not affect passage in the house of done quietly. Then call it a day.

Its kind of like what we should do with china. Turn of the spigot of trading china stocks on american exchanges. That dries them up and would certainly get their attention has their cash inflow falls to zero.

I have think that the ask doe a $5 Trillion increase in the debt limit while it makes sense to take it off the table as a cudgel by the left makes sense, of course it effects our credit rating. This is why tariffs are short term pain, long term gain. By forcing equal trade and deregulating, it shifts production on shore. So if indeed we have secured $13 trillion in economic growth on the middle east trip President Trump just completed, then we actually have something on which credit can be extended. It is a true growth in GDP.

Hardly cynical. UHC now employs docs and NPs through optum. I believe i read in February that the coders (not docs) were found upcoding. In addition UHC denies 2x as many claims as the other majors. UHC is as a company scum. Plain and simple. I hope the are barred from medicare.
