I cannot imagine any elected member of Congress believing in good government voting against this bill. What is their rationale???

That’s the bottleneck causing the problem and must be eliminated. Congress, INS, and POTUS must get their heads together and resolve it. It is complete nonsense to spend money and house people who should not be here.

I remember the program from when I lived in CA in the 50’s. My Dad had a close friend,a pilot, who flew for a growers association and often flew to Mexico as the growers made arrangements for labor. It seemed to work well in those days.

Putin, I suspect, wants Ukraine to surrender. From his past statements he wants the Russian speaking oblasts in the east independent from Ukraine and for Ukraine to be a neutral country with police but no army.

He will continue bombarding Ukraine until the people overthrow Zelensky and seek peace. - just a thought.
