Any decent shot can put it within 1 moa. However, if you know in a few seconds your brains were going to be blown out I am not sure it is real easy to hold the gun steady.
I am thinking the same thing. You see lots of guys at the ranges with ARs shooting 50yd targets. They burn through the 223s quickly. I am not sure they understand what precision is.
