My father was ticketed for speeding on that highway, for driving over 100MPH.

Where did the lithium batteries come into play here? Nope, not watching a YT video after they badgered me with ads and suspended YT video watching.
Sixty miles of northbound closed. Surprising they haven’t split the southbound lane to be one lane for each direction. And apparently no cell signal! I wonder how many electric cars dead.
Thirty were carried in a semi. Dumped on curve, fire still live as they cannot put water on it.

Aside from the fire at the side of the road, why haven't they figured out a fix to keep I-15 open?
It's on the side of the road, there is the other southbound lanes nearby. Typical overkill by caltrans.
I try to be prepared for extreme conditions when driving out of the local area. People laugh at me, but I don't care. Better prepared than sorry.
It is already off the road, they should just push it further away, reopen the road. Then, may bury it or whatever without affecting I-15 traffic.
They just need a bulldozer.
Why not do what the “experts” did in East Palestine, OH and just put some accelerate next to it and some explosives and make it go boom.
Maybe Mayor Pete can help? Speaking of him, he kinda fell of the face of the earth.
I got caught in a 15 hour traffic jam during a snowstorm a couple years ago. I had the gear and knowledge to survive just fine.
However, after that I got more intentional about a better emergency kit.
They’re all commies out there, anyway.
By the way, why don't electric cars have signs on them?
