WASHINGTON (AP) — Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, a historic leader of Mexico’s Sinaloa cartel, and Joaquín Guzmán López, a son of another infamous cartel leader, were arrested by U.S. authorities in Texas, the U.S. Justice Department said Thursday. A leader of the powerful Sinaloa cartel for decades alongside Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, Zambada was known for running the cartel’s smuggling operations, but keeping a lower profile. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration had offered a reward of up to $15 million for information leading to his capture.

Trump says if he’s elected he is going to declare war against the cartels. Even going into Mexico after them with the Mexico government’s blessing, so I understand. That would truly be something to see.

Except that.... the Mexican government is just as, if not more, corrupt than ours is. How is he going to get that cooperation?
I think we should be much more violent gangs like Los Zetas rather than the Silona. But my guess is the FedGov wants the most violent ones to win. More cries from citizens to do anything even if it includes giving away our rights.
