  • Italian researchers claim they are first to have found dark matter

Scientists hunting an invisible form of matter that pervades the universe and holds galaxies together claim to have found it underneath a mountain in Italy.

No wonder they believe in evolution, hunting invisible matter, I can not see it but I know it is there, hey wouldn't that be energy.

In my opinion no one is baptized a prophet, and I will show it with scripture. Acts 2:38, 39

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39: For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

We are to be baptized for the remission of sins, because we were of the age of accountability and excepted Jesus as Lord and savior and repented from our sinful nature. That does not mean in any way once saved always saved.

In 1 Corinthians Jesus tells us that he hath set some in the church, not man baptized some in the church to be, 1st apostles (someone sent out with a message), 2nd prophets (someone who has directly encountered God and serves as an intermediary to humanity, there are few of this type), 3rd teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. No one can make you a prophet by baptizing it is not Biblical.
Specially baptizing someone who does not know they are born a sinner and need Jesus.

Prophecy is a gift given to many over the years, not everyone listens.

Hey Coyote, you studied, that I will agree with, but you chanted back the answer the teacher wanted you did not experiment with the fossils, for two reason no replacement after you screw it up and two fossils are dead bones they PROVE that an organism lived and died, other then an organism that was observed to be alike you have no evidence that it is a product of a creature different than itself or that it gave birth to a creature different than itself.

I will let you in on a secret, Dead bones do not talk.

Creation research will not be published in the peer reviewed journals, because the secular world does not want a scientific explanation that does not use naturalist causes for the origins of the universe.

And any information that is given by the privately ran Creation research programs is discounted by evolutionary people as useless as somewhere in the explanation is supernatural power.

Everyone who has a greater interest in a particular field or subject and does research and observation and even sometimes experiments is a scientist. You do not have to have a laboratory or a group of people under you or working with you to do science.

Creation science will always be on the fringe as the government has mandated it's tax paid for religion as fact with out any proof.

Creationist to From many - one.
Sorry you are so blinded by your religious belief in evolution that you discount the fact that evolution does not play any part of geology, physics cosmology astronomy and biology.

That is unless you are claiming that there are 6 definitions of evolution. To which only the last one is observable and is used by evolutionary discussions as proof that the rest are true.

1: Cosmic evolution = big bang, origins
This one is claimed by every evolutionary debate as not part of evolution there for it does not require faith to believe something that no one seen as to have happened as stated by scientist (prophets)

2: chemical evolution + chemicals evolving to higher chemicals, that is all the atoms of the universe were once hydrogen, another faith based process as no one can reproduce this, that is hydrogen will not turn into uranium.

3: Planetary and stellar evolution = origin of stars and planets, here is a cool one no one has ever recorded a new star forming only exploding.

4: Organic evolution = origin of life, here is a real faith based belief upon the heart of the naturalist, rain fell upon the rocks (in a oxygen less environment) washing the minerals into a sea (of mass action) where lighting struck the volcanic warmed puddle and wallah you have life. Now maybe in secular chemistry they teach you something different but rain is made up of OXYGEN, and lightening makes OZONE.

5: Macro evolution = squiggly thing turns into swimming thing which turns into crawly thing which turns into flying thing and eventually man, now mind you this process has never been seen to take place yet mindless people believe that when a educated person puts fossils in a particular order he has proved evolution.

Micro evolution = adaptation and variation, this one has been observed can be tested and is true. This does not give evidence to the others in any way.

It is interesting that you bring up physics as the theory of evolution and the first five definitions of evolution described above break the laws in many areas.
Since evolution does not deal with origins as I have often been corrected upon cosmology is not threatened by creation as a possibility. Same with astronomy.

As for biology there is not one area of biology that requires any form of the 1 st five definitions to teach or learn it properly.

So light from a speck 63 light years away is ran through a prism and because of the way the light is diffused they can tell what kind of elements are there, because here on earth on a table that is only feet long in a laboratory it happens to be that way.

Now I as sure it does work on a short distance even in our own galaxy, but to assume that the light from this star is proof of organic material is such a speculation on the part of science as it is trying to prove evolution and therefore the Bible is not true.

And many of the secular sheep will bleep in one accord great praises to their masters.

    You stated,
"A guy who lived a little over two thousand years ago and tried to do good at the time.

He attracted followers who, when he died, suddenly found themselves without any more power, so made up a story to convince others to allow them the power they so craved.

    Mark 3:
14: And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
15: And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:

So you see the Holy Bible is clear about the fact that Jesus who is God in the flesh gave them power to do miracles.

It did not stop after the death and resurrection of Jesus as Peter's shadow would heal people.

    Mark 16:
14: Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
15: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
    17: And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18: They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19: So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. 20: And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

This is the power that is given to believers through the Holy Ghost as Jesus promised. He promised that shortly after his Ascension into heaven the comforter will come

Do you know what the decay rate of carbon was in 1850?
Do you know what the decay rate of uranium was in 30 AD?

I would expect not and anything you try to claim to bolster your argument will border on that of religion as it will take faith to believe that the way it is now is how it has always been.

It is unfortunate that education propagates unscientific thinking as such as to assume that everything is the same today as it was 1000 years ago.

    Evolutionist propaganda.

    Looks cool though.

The hope of the evolutionist is that in another couple of hundred billion years a new soup will pop up from a big bang, that is after the big crunch. And how do they know that the monkeys in the New York zoo will not evolve by that time and save the buildings.

Radio metric dating is a science based upon assumptions and presuppositions.

That is unless you have a rock with a date stamped on it by the original big bang as a specimen to calibrate your decay rate assumptions.

Did you say the sun may be the reason for cooler than normal temps.

No way the sun has and effect upon earth and how hot or cold it may be, wow, what a concept.

The Bible does say the sun will scorch men in the end days.

The sun must have been cooler this winter because of reductions in emissions. Or maybe they did not sell as much solar powered equipment last year.

Luke records that this anguish was so great that “his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground” (Luke 22:44), a physical manifestation confirmed in both the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants (see Mosiah 3:7; D&C 19:18). The suffering in Gethsemane and on the cross of Calvary, just a few hundred meters from Gethsemane, included both physical and spiritual “temptations, … pain, … hunger, thirst, and fatigue, even more than man can suffer,” said King Benjamin, “except it be unto death” (Mosiah 3:7).

So you have to read the book of morman's to confirm your belief in Jesus.

Do you have to repent of your sins and be baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins as in ACTS 2-38.

Do morons speak in other tongues as in the Holy Bible, do they believe in laying on of hands for healing.

Do you believe the Bible to be 100% true and the infallible word of God (Jesus is God).

Do you believe the world and universe to be approximately 6000 years old, or does the book of mormon preach something else.
