On April 1, my car was hit at the roadside , the driver of the accident take full responsibility, but his insurance company(Access) was too slow to repair my car for me, also do not provide rental services, I've been waiting for a month and a half，because my speaking English is so bad, I don't know how to do, please help me!

Today I want to go out, I found my car was hit, I don't know who did it! But that guy leaved he information on the window. Then I called my insurance company and they told me that they will give the guy's insurance company notice, then the guy's insurance company will connect with me in 48 hours! Now I am so worried about what if they don't connect me, what should I do?

I have been here for 6 months, I try to find a job as an architect, but it is difficult! And now I start to paint now, hope it will be a new beginning!
