Will the Chinese embassy help you? I would call someone at the Chinese embassy and see if they can help.
Stenhouse has the pole Danica starts in the 31 st postion
You have insurance? Then your provider should handle it for you.
Insurance companies do not repair the car for you, they give you money to get your car repaired. Send them the bill or estimate.
LOL!
Call your insurance company and see if they can help.
Try calling YOUR insurance company and ask them for help.
You may want to contact the Insurance Commissioner in the state in which the accident occurred, giving him the specific details and asking his office to assist you in getting a response form the errant insurance company.
Keep copious notes on everything that transpires, who you talk to, note the dates and times. It’s often the little details that win the wars.
Have you tried calling Calgon?
Also, if you write better than you speak, write down the problems you are having and take them to your insurance company. There are also apps you can use that will translate Chinese to English.
Have you taken the car to any shops for repair estimates? You need to o that.
You need to do that
I don't know what insurance company you have, but they should have already been pursuing this, and had your car in the repair shop. I have Travelers car insurance, and the last time someone hit me, my insurance paid for the damage, then went after the other person's insurance company for reimbursement. And because I am covered for a rental car while my car was being repaired, I wasn't left without a vehicle. You need to be more aggressive with your insurance company if you do not feel they are serving you properly. That's what you pay them for. Your car should have already been repaired.
OK .. contact YOUR insurance company and arrange for the repairs to be made. You will most likely have to pay the deductible on your policy. Once the repairs are scheduled and/or completed ... your insurance company will begin pursuing the at-fault driver’s insurance company for the cost of the repair and POSSIBLY your deductible as well.
This procedure is called subrogation or sometimes also referred to as pay and chase. (As in, an insurance company will pay out to make a policyholder whole and then chase down the other insurance company for the money paid out.)
It may take a bit ... but it IS the fastest way to get your vehicle repaired.
I hope this helps.
I don’t know anything Chinese here. Thank you for you help. The Claim representatives is Alfred Drreick and the phone number is 8667476931 ext. 666. Help me call him please!
Yes I know, but I wait for a long time, and they don’t send me check, one month ago they called me that they will send in 7-10 days, but I didn’t receive any checks from them!:(
CB, is there a branch near you where you can visit in person? You may have to wait until tomorrow because many businesses are closed on Sunday.
Have you already had the damage estimate from a body shop? Your insurance company should recommend one.
Better call Flo.
