Despite all the media pseudo savantsâs end-of-the-world predictions about the Trump economy falling flat on their faces, MSNBC is still out there banging pots and pans over an incoming Great Depression-era crash. MSNBC The 11th Hour host and economic dunce Stephanie Ruhle brought on CNBC Squawk Box co-anchor Andrew Ross Sorkin October 29 to hawk his new book 1929: Inside the Greatest Crash in Wall Street History--and How It Shattered a Nation. The book served as a pretext for Ruhle to get Sorkin to draw parallels between the speculative market euphoria of the 1920s before the disastrous October 29, 1929,...

As Cybersecurity Awareness Month comes to a close, it ends having given us all a small glimpse into the potential chaos that awaits us if hackers had their way. A couple of weeks ago, Amazon Web Services suffered a massive outage that took down websites, apps, payment systems, and smart-home devices across the globe. The culprit wasnât a hack â it was a software automation bug in AWSâs internal DNS management. But thatâs exactly what makes it terrifying. A simple misfire in one system cascaded through hospitals, banks, airlines, and retailers in minutes. Now imagine if it hadnât been an...

CNBC host Joe Kernen, a conservative, did not mince words during a Wednesday segment with Sen. Peter Welch (D-VT). Asked if he was ready to vote to reopen the government yet, Welch replied, âYou know, Iâm not there yet. Because we have had literally, Joe, no discussion whatsoever about how weâre going to deal with the spikes in premiums.â Kernen, clearly exasperated, shut him down. âThis is the right way to do it, senator? By people not getting paychecks at the TSA? This is extortion! ⌠In your conscience, you think itâs the right way to do it?â WOW. When...

(DCNF)âGayle King is reportedly preparing to step down as co-host of CBS Mornings next year as part of a sweeping overhaul under new parent company Paramount Skydance. Kingâs contract runs through May and is said to be in discussions about transitioning into a new role within the networkâs news division as Paramountâs leadership reshapes the organization from the top down, according to Variety. Trump is not going to sit back quietly and let the crazy Democrats start another "Summer of Love" mass rioting, looting, arson and murder like they did in 2020. He's getting the troops ready in advance to take on these far left crazies if they should be stupid enough to try it.

Huckabee: 'Wasnât aware Tucker despises me, I get that a lot from people not familiar with the Bible' Former Fox News host and analyst Tucker Carlson continued his descent into rank antisemitism on Tuesday, publishing an interview with far-right podcaster Nick Fuentes, who has engaged in open holocaust denial and praised Hitler in the past. Despite former disagreements between them, Carlson and Fuentes bonded over their shared suspicion of âthese Jews,â as well as their distaste for Christian Zionism and its supporters among the Republican Party. The self-identified lapsed Episcopalian Carlson lauded Fuentes for his criticism of Israel and U.S....

In 2021, Random House published a book by software tycoon Bill Gates titled How to Avoid a Climate Disaster. The message was clear: The world is heading toward a climate catastrophe if humans keep using fossil fuels. Everyone in the world had been hearing that message loud and clear for the previous two decades, and Gates, whoâs been moonlighting as a climate expert for just as long, was not only one of the loudest voices to broadcast it, but someone who had put piles of money where his mouth was.But something very interesting happened this week. Sure, he still believes...

Senators in both parties â below the leadership level â are starting to see an unmistakable shift that they hope leads to a bipartisan agreement to end the shutdown, perhaps as early as next week, according to more than a dozen sources. That agreement almost certainly wonât happen this week. Still, Republican and Democratic senators are quietly discussing how to rebuild Congressâ broken spending process, including several bills that would fund the government into next year once it reopens. Thereâs no sign yet that Democrats are willing to support the House GOPâs stopgap bill on Thursday, when itâs next scheduled...

There seems to be general agreement that Democrats need to radically transform their party image. The second election of Donald Trump and the subsequent failure of the party to gain favor in votersâ eyes even as many of Trumpâs actions are notably unpopular suggests that Democrats have a âyuckâ factor that just isnât going away. Can the Democrats accomplish such a renewal of their partyâs brand? On the plus side there are a number of Democratic-aligned organizations focusing on the party change imperative and promulgating useful analyses and suggestions. These include the new Searchlight Institute, the new Majority Democrats group of...

The University of Houston canceled a course this month on social injustice and oppression that was required for students in the Graduate College of Social Work. âAs part of upcoming changes to the curriculum and degree plan, this course will not be offered at this time,â university officials wrote in a message to students, according to Inside Higher Ed. âWe understand that this adjustment may raise questions, and we want to assure you that it will not affect any studentâs ability to successfully progress through the MSW program or meet graduation requirements on time,â they wrote. The man at the heart of a high-stakes mix-up that rippled through global political journalism in the final days of the New York mayoral campaign was neither âfalsely claimingâ to be former Mayor Bill de Blasio â as the Times of London suggested â nor, as The New York Times wrote, a âde Blasio impersonator.â He is, instead, a 59-year-old Long Island wine importer named Bill DeBlasio, who merely responded to an email from a journalist seeking his views on Democrat Zohran Mamdaniâs policies. âIâm Bill DeBlasio. Iâve always been Bill DeBlasio,â DeBlasio said in an interview conducted Wednesday evening...

Helen Andrewâs article in Compact Magazine about The Great Feminization has caused a stir, particularly her observation about the rule of law. We covered it in âWokeness is Feminizationâ: ================================================================================== The Great Feminization is truly unprecedented. Other civilizations have given women the vote, granted them property rights, or let them inherit the thrones of empires. No civilization in human history has ever experimented with letting women control so many vital institutions of our society, from political parties to universities to our largest businessesâŚ. Feminization is not an organic result of women outcompeting men. It is an artificial result of social...

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has been pressuring states to redistrict their maps to give the Democrats more seats. Maryland and Illinois wonât comply. Illinois Out of all the states, Jeffries targeted Illinois? Really? The Democrats outnumber the Republicans 14 to 3. The new map would make it 15-2. I guess one is better than nothing for these people. Also, Illinois is beyond corrupt, so itâs probably the partyâs best bet. Jeffries met with the representatives âwhose districts could be redrawn.â Blacks hold those four districts. Yes, itâs all about race. God forbid we make it about population size. Oh,...
