The Dems and their propaganda media had better not get away with blaming the GOP and Trump for this. The dirty Dems have to get the blame.

I’ve thought this was long overdue, we not only need a reaction force for sophisticated combined paramilitary terrorist/riot operations that could crop up, but we also need some focused pro units that can dominate and crush these preliminary training exercises by the left that are training by pushing the envelope on illegal riots and actions, and the increasingly military guerilla type push back against local and federal law enforcement with national coordination, leadership, massive funding, and major political party support.
Not the same thing but I remember reading about the unfair and sad tragedy of the World War I soldiers and sailors coming home after a lot of sacrifice and injuries to have to desperately mass in Washington DC in a protest after the government refused to properly compensate them in the Great Depression.

Note: The current 42 million SNAP recipients and the military people today do not compare with returning WWI veterans ——but it was another example of dependence on Washington being a bad idea for people.

I hated to even post the historical reference because those veterans fought in the first war with the new horrors of mustard gas, poison gas, tanks and machine guns. And all on a scale that had never been seen. Psychologically demanding.
The SNAP recipients include a lot of questionable ones and probably duplications like the people with 6 fraudulent welfare accounts of some uncovered in Michigan last year.
I don’t fault the move, but what it says is the Communists are moving the needle inextricably toward civil war. It’s their last card to play to government overthrow and they are hell bent to play it this time around. Sadly, there is no Joe McCarthy to step up this time at great personal ridicule and cost to take on the Communist/Islam alliance to attack freedom loving civilizations.
And we all know what happened next.

I think Trump is dismantling a lot of the left and that the screws will continue tightening all the way, and that things may get very violent in time, and that Trump is preparing for that and is ready to meet it.
The pattern I see related to riots and militant actions against ICE is that Trump is steadily and relentlessly escalating the response, he is not accepting the anarchy and is not merely participating in the theater of it all, he intends to guarantee that the law is carried through both in the arrests of the illegals, and in the arrest and serious charges against the street resistance and those who are attacking law enforcement.

Was on a 2002 vacation in Cancun and the Mex-USA soccer match had just been lost by Mex to the USA while we were in a grocery store shopping there. Mex was up 3-1 and everyone was excited. Even the taxi driver had the game going on a portable TV (yes while he was driving). But somehow the USA just came from behind and took the game. Police with shotguns were at the entry/exit doors when we left and everyone was visibly more quiet than when we had entered the store. We went STRAIGHT back to the resort. I got no problemo’s with shotgun armed police at walmarts. None.
We dance around this all the time, I’m old and tired of it.

I live in probably the most politically heavy
Democrat state in America, Hawaii.
We have low crime. High taxes, Crap gun laws,
but we have relative peace and very few Blacks.

I’ve often said, “two groups of people whose members are easily identifiable as belonging to one or the other group AND whose AVERAGE IQ is significantly different, will never be able to peacefully coexist together.”
The reason this is so is easy to extrapolate if you start with those realities.
So, yes, the race issues is by far our biggest problem. It consumes 90% of our mindshare and a large portion of our economy. This dysfunctional marriage ain’t never going to work.
The only solution is total separation - a racial divorce.
