Zohran Mamdani says burglary isn’t violence, but prosecuting burglars is.

Presidential envoy Steve Witkoff deserves a great deal of credit for what followed in the aftermath of President Trump’s final elimination of the Iranian nuclear threat. Throughout the 12-day war, Witkoff maintained a diplomatic connection to the Iranian delegation in order to position a ceasefire upon conclusion. The Trump administration is now taking a more firm stance toward who in Iran they will accept negotiations with. As noted by Secretary Rubio, the use of intermediaries has exhausted its usefulness. While Qatar may play a role as an interlocutor to bridge the two sides, the time has come for direct face-to-face...

Billionaire investor Bill Ackman vowed on Wednesday to provide “hundreds of millions of dollars” to back any viable challenger against Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani in New York City’s mayoral race. Mamdani defeated former Governor Andrew Cuomo in New York City’s Democratic primary on Tuesday and will compete against incumbent Mayor Eric Adams (running as an independent this cycle) and Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa in the November general election. Ackman, founder and chief executive of hedge fund manager Pershing Square Capital, wrote a lengthy post on X to express his alarm at Mamdani’s victory. “I awoke this morning gravely concerned about...

During Operation Rising Lion, the Islamic Republic of Iran was left diplomatically and militarily isolated. Despite having agreements or understandings with entities such as Russia, China, and North Korea, no nation, not one, offered —even the smallest— military assistance to Iran in response to the offensive. Iran's Islamic fascist, regime, was left standing alone internationally. Promised alliances, including alleged pacts with Vladimir Putin (Russia), Xi Jinping (China), and North Korea’s leadership, failed to produce any tangible support. Iran received zero military assistance, a fact widely interpreted as a sign of isolation both regionally and globally. This lack of support starkly...

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth responded to allegations of sexism on Thursday by vowing that the United States military would never discriminate against chicks, broads, or dames. Hegseth had fallen under criticism after apparently failing to specifically recognize the females who participated in the air strikes on Iran, leading him to issue a clarifying statement that the armed forces would never engage in prejudice against skirts. "I'm sorry for the lack of gender inclusive language," Hegseth said, apologizing to Associated Press reporter Tara Copp. "It was not my intention to impugn the contributions of any chicks, broads,...

Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Thursday the Senate would not move to overrule its parliamentarian after she advised that including key provisions in the GOP’s domestic-policy megabill would expose it to a fatal Democratic filibuster. After the decisions were publicized Thursday, multiple conservative Republicans called on the Senate to sideline Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough. But when asked by POLITICO about overruling her, Thune said, “No, that would not be a good option for getting a bill done.” The rulings from MacDonough affected several major pieces of the GOP plan, including a provision that would crack down on provider taxes that...

As Israeli missiles struck Iranian territory and Tehran fired back, the Middle East veered closer to a full-blown regional war. For the first time since the 1980s, the Islamic Republic faced a direct military assault from another regional power that targeted not only its military assets, but the symbolic and political heart of the regime itself. Today, that war is paused under a tenuous ceasefire, and despite the hopes and near hysterical levels of speculation, the regime remains in power. Iran’s rulers may have survived this round, but their legitimacy is more fragile than ever. A tightening of its grip...

NEW YORK, NY — Democratic Party strategists were thrilled this week after they stumbled upon an innovative new strategy of winning elections by promising free stuff to stupid people. According to Democratic mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, the bold new strategy of showing idiots with promises of free stuff could be "a total game-changer" for the party. "Hear me out, guys — what if we just tried promising uninformed, ignorant people that we'll give them free stuff if they vote for us?" Mandami reportedly asked at a campaign brainstorming meeting. "Why haven't we tried this before? Come on, people. Get your...

The White House lashed out at a House Democrat who wrote on X that Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller — who is Jewish — should “go back to 1930’s Germany.” “What an absolutely disgusting comment from a Congressman to a Jewish WH official,” Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly wrote on X on Thursday, quoting Rep. Mark Pocan’s (D-Wis.) post. “Pocan must apologize — not just to Stephen, but to his constituents — and then seek professional help. This crazed antisemitic hatred from Dems emboldens radicals to target Jewish Americans.” Pocan’s Wednesday post was a response to one by Miller...

It has been many years since a political party was cast as far into the wilderness as the Democrats of 2025. Fresh off their second defeat at the hands of their mortal enemy, Donald Trump, it was reasonable to assume that the party would realize the need to abandon the progressive policies that repelled the broad center of the electorate. Instead, it appears that the opposite has occurred, as proven in both the response to President Trump’s strike on Iran and Tuesday’s (June 24) Democratic mayoral primary in New York City. Democrats Doubling Down Democratic Party leaders must understand by...

Recent events, including the “Operation Midnight Hammer” B-2 strike on Iran, have highlighted the urgent need for the US Air Force to acquire a much larger fleet of stealth bombers. The current force of only 19 B-2s is stretched thin. Compounding the issue, significant delays in the B-52J modernization program mean those aircraft may not be ready until 2030 or later.

Former Wall Street money manager and financial analyst Ed Dowd of PhinanceTechnologies.com has been forecasting “Danger of Deep Worldwide Recession in 2025.” It looks like his thesis is turning out correct. He predicted interest rates would be declining. They did. And inflation has been going down right along with the economy as illegal immigration was being stopped and deportations ramped up. Dowd says, “Our friend Joe Biden spent anywhere between $500 billion to $2 trillion to bring these people in and set them up. Now, that’s all going the wrong way. Trump has shut down the border crossings, and as...

New York needs a wakeup call. Desperately. The AP reports that democrats are fretting about Zohran Mamdani's rise in the mayoral race. Many progressives cheered the emergence of the young and charismatic Mamdani, whose candidacy caught on with viral campaign videos and a focus on the cost of living. But the party’s more pragmatic wing cast the outcome as a serious setback in their quest to broaden Democrats’ appeal and move past the more controversial policies that alienated would-be voters in recent elections. And it's not just Republicans Lawrence Summers, the Treasury Secretary under former Democratic President Barack Obama, aired...

Right-wing influencers have reacted to New York State Assembly member Zohran Mamdani’s apparent win in New York City’s Democratic mayoral primary with anti-Islam attacks. “.@ZohranKMamdani hasn’t even been a US citizen for 10 years. He is literally supported by terrorists. NYC is about to see 9/11 2.0,” right-wing activist Laura Loomer, who has a history of anti-Muslim comments, said on the social platform X late Tuesday. Mamdani, a democratic socialist, shocked American political observers Tuesday as he seemed to be on the path to winning the Democratic nomination for the Big Apple’s mayor over former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo....

The man accused of stalking Gov. JB Pritzker and throwing rocks at the billionaire’s Gold Coast mansion received a probation sentence on Wednesday, court records show. Adam Dabash pleaded guilty to felony criminal damage to property in a plea deal that led prosecutors to drop three other felony charges, including two counts of stalking. Three windows were damaged, with one rock found inside the governor’s mansion and two others found outside. The damage to the governor’s property was estimated at $7,900. Pritzker and several others were inside the residence at the time of the rock-throwing, but no injuries were reported....

Way back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, democrats had some semblance of class and seriousness. People like Patrick Moynahan, a democrat from NY, used to argue all day with Newt Gingrich but kept it civil and classy and largely honest. Today that's a lost art. Now we witness people like Jamie Raskin, who is a perpetual liar In case his lie wasn't heard the first time, Jamie Raskin doubles down on the "very fine people" hoax again. How many times is the left going to repeat this line? pic.twitter.com/qr7v5fYkuI — Media Research Center (@theMRC) June 24, 2025Even Snopes debunked it but...
