The Supreme Court on Friday upheld a Texas law aimed at restricting young people’s access to pornographic content online.
The justices in a 6-3 vote rejected a challenge brought by a pornography interest group called the Free Speech Coalition that said the measure violates the free speech rights of adults who want to access the content.

They’ll start with porn, then gradually tack on other things. It’s what they always do. Incremental tyranny.
They already include any site having to do with firearms.
Porn can make you gay.
It can also turn you into a pedophile.
Children have limits on many activities. I see no reason why in addition to smoking, drinking, tattoos, and even spray paint, kids shouldn’t be restricted from accessing porn.
I don’t see this as a big issue. At least not if you believe in states rights.

How do they determinel if someone is accessing the site from Texas? Especially if a person is using a VPN?
That is one of the reasons to use a VPN.
This is just the first step to requiring ID to access the Internet. Incremental tyranny. It’s how they do it. Once they have the ID infrastructure set up, the rest is easy.
Are the dissenters the usual suspects? The article doesn’t say. Who wrote the dissent, and if the dissenters are the usual suspects, the dissent is better off without pictures.
Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson dissented.
