Monday marked the five-year anniversary of Joe Biden’s online condemnation of a “hate crime” that never happened. On Jan. 29, 2019, “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, who is black and gay, made national headlines with claims a pair of white supremacist Trump supporters violently attacked him. The actor said his assailants screamed, “This is MAGA country!” in the apparently far-right city of Chicago. “I will never be the man this did not happen to,” Smollett told ABC News in an interview with Robin Roberts two weeks later. By December 2021, Smollett was convicted on five out of six charges over staging...

The the far-left University of Virginia, as it's been known to do, refused to release the race of the attacker, to avoid busting up their left-wing narrative. Authorities at the far-left University of Virginia have finally admitted that a black woman attacked the school’s black affairs office, after spending months covering up the race of their suspect. UVA has become notorious for refusing to list racial descriptions of minority suspects, even leading police on a chase for a white man after a black mass shooter killed three on school grounds. The rock-throwing incident at UVA’s Office of African American Affairs...

A jury has now confirmed what police (local, state, and federal), Dave Chappelle, and you knew all along: that Jussie Smollett perpetrated a fake hate crime, hung his friends out to dry, and tried to blame everything on Donald Trump. Jussie may as well have said, “But … but … but … MAGA! But Trump! C’mon, guys, don’t you believe me?” It turns out that the only ones who believed Jussie Smollett’s fake “beating” by his accomplices were Black Lives Matter because the group hates the police more than it hates lying to the American people. Well, it turns out...

A racist social media post advertising a fraternity party sparked outrage at a North Carolina university and death threats against the white student supposedly behind it. Now, it appears the post was a hoax carried out by a black student from another fraternity. The message first appeared on the anonymous social media site Yik Yak and promoted a Theta Chi party with one ugly stipulation: "no blacks." According to WITN-TV, the name and number of Theta Chi member Austin Hunter were included in the post. "To be accused of something that I didn't do, that really sucks," Hunter told WITN....

Terresha Lucas, 30, has been charged with eight counts of making terroristic threats, according to the Douglasville, Georgia Police Department. Investigators allege that Lucas wrote letters describing herself as a ‘six-feet-tall white male with a long, red beard who did not live in the neighborhood.’ In March, residents of the Brookmont subdivision of Manning Drive in Douglasville, some 23 miles west of Atlanta, began receiving threatening, racist letters in the mail. After school walkouts, protest marches and an FBI investigation, authorities concluded that a black girl was responsible for creating an Instagram account that sent racist messages to students at White Bear Lake High School. The city of White Bear Lake was torn by controversy last month as tearful students made protest signs and gave speeches outside their school after an anonymous Instagram profile called members of the school’s Black Excellence Club racial slurs. Protesters subsequently demanded action be taken to hold whoever ran the profile accountable. However, it looks like they will not get their wish, as the black student...

Earlier this week, a pair of black Penn State University professors reported a “noose” in a tree behind their house. Responding to the profs’ call about “possible harassment,” Patton Township Police Department collected the “noose” and began investigating around the neighborhood. PSU President Eric Barron sprung into action, posting a statement “expressing concern” about the incident and “offering support.” Alas, according to the professors’ neighbor who was interviewed by police, the “noose” actually was part of a swing set. The neighbors’ kid told police he merely had thrown the rope “into the woods.” Patton Police Chief Tyler Jolley concluded there...

An elite Massachusetts liberal arts college has quietly conceded that there was no truth to allegations of racism made by one of their students that 'ruined the lives' of numerous campus workers. Oumou Kanoute was in the canteen at Smith College on July 31, 2018 when she claimed she was profiled for 'eating while black' after a security guard asked her what she was doing. Kanoute, a psychology undergraduate student, posted video of the incident on social media and claimed that she was the victim of racism.

Nothing damages real claims of racism more than fake claims of racism. How many of these fake hate crimes have there been now? It’s impossible to keep up. From ‘poop swastikas,’ to the pull rope on a garage door, to bogus hijab-pullers, to Jussie Smollett, and so many others there has been a parade of people with their noses out of joint because ‘America is Racist’ who — on closer inspection — weren’t the victims of anything more than their own myopic need for attention and outrage. And it’s looking like we’ve got another such case at A&M. It started...

In all his years in auto racing, NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace said Tuesday night, he has never seen anything like what he described as a “straight-up noose” that was being used as a door pull in the garage he was assigned last week at Talladega Speedway in Alabama. “I’ve been racing all of my life,” Wallace told CNN's Don Lemon. “We've raced out of hundreds of garages that never had garage pulls like that. So people that want to call it a garage pull and put out all the videos and photos of knots being as their evidence, go ahead,...

A rope found in the garage stall of Black driver Bubba Wallace at the NASCAR race Sunday was a garage door pull, not a noose, and had been there since 2019, federal authorities and NASCAR said Tuesday. Northern District of Alabama U.S. Attorney Jay Town on Monday announced his office had launched an investigation along with the FBI and the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Town said they were looking to see whether there are violations of federal law. No federal crime was committed, his office said.
