    The U.S. Capitol Police’s intelligence office issued a bulletin last month warning officers of the possibility for violence during Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan’s rally to commemorate the Million Man March. According to the Washington Post, the warning came in the form of an email newsletter and noted that Farrakhan “has been accused of inciting violence against both Caucasians and police officers.”
