MANATEE - The suspected abductor of Clay Moore is in custody this morning. The arrest of Vicente Ignacio Beltran-Moreno came 12 days after the gunpoint kidnapping of the 13-year-old Palmetto schoolboy. A 2 p.m. news conference was scheduled by the Manatee County Sheriff's Office to provide more information about the arrest. Beltran is a 22-year-old laborer who had been working construction recently. He lived with his girlfriend and two children in a house east of Bradenton.
