Anderson -- andersonb@fcesc.org -- was named as a buyer of a bogus doctorate degree in a Spokane Spokesman-Review article. Since then, Mr. Anderson has told the press that in 2002 he paid a $200 partial-payment to "St. Regis University" to apply for admission to its doctorate degree program.
