Fresno Mayor Alan Autry waded into a volatile federal issue Thursday in his annual State of the City speech, calling for a two-year moratorium on immigration in order to address the "chaos now masquerading as a border." <p>Autry said he was asked to give the opening speech at the California Prayer Breakfast this June, but he was told this week that the invitation was rescinded.
