While all the crazy events surrounding our White House and the District of Columbia have been unfolding, the BATFE has attempted to slip one by us. Known as 'Proposed Rule 2021R-05', the bureau intends to arbitrarily change quite a few definitions, and create new ones, such that the level of change is equivilent to MAKING law, not INTERPRETING it. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided EP Armory, in Bakersfield, California Friday, along with owner Chris Cook's home. Details at this point are still very thin, but Cook says that agents indicated that they are looking for "illegal guns." Oral arguments were heard yesterday in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Louisiana in the case of United States of America vs. John Thomas Shipley, seeking to overturn the former FBI agent’s convictions in 2010 for dealing firearms without a license. ADRIAN, Mich. – The FBI said Sunday that agents conducted weekend raids in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio and arrested at least three people, and a militia leader in Michigan said the target of at least one of the raids was a Christian militia group.

(WXYZ) - The FBI was conducting raids Saturday night at multiple locations in southeast Michigan. Action News has learned Homeland Security and the Joint Anti-terrorism Task Force is also involved in a major operation.
