Houston, TX – A federal court judge has delayed the hearing for embattled Houston Veterans Cemetery Director Arleen Ocasio. The hearing has been rescheduled for Friday, August 26, 2011 and the judge has ordered that Ocasio appear before the court. Ocasio has rightly been under fire for not allowing the word “God” to be used during funeral proceedings. Ocasio has denied this but according to Houston veteran’s activist John Faulk, the plaintiffs in this case have twenty-five sworn affidavits from families proving Ocasio’s prejudicial behavior.
