The decision to grant no addition relief by 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, made during a Zoom hearing, marks another loss for former President Donald Trump and his allies, who claim votes were intentionally switched in the November contest but have been roundly defeated in court cases around the country. Attorney Matthew DePerno and his client, Antrim County resident William Bailey, initially sued over a local marijuana retailer proposal, but have expanded it since then, including seeking an audit of the 2020 contest. But the judge said an audit appears to have already been done so "pursuant to authority."...

Antrim County attorney Matthew DePerno has been taking heavy flak for pushing for an audit of the 2020 election despite mainstream media silence on his blockbuster announcements. He gave us one such blockbuster on NOQ Report last week when he showed how a rogue program was present on Antrim County voting and tabulation machines. Then, this weekend brought strange developments to his story. First, he announced a bombshell coming up that was worthy of a press conference scheduled for today.PRESS CONFERENCE to be held Monday, May 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM.VFW Hall, 3400 Veterans Drive, Traverse City, MI 49684Public welcome. pic.twitter.com/a94k5ScFIZ—...

A very interesting article and interview appears today that warrants everyone’s attention. In Michigan the lawsuit against Antrim County election officials continues. The lead attorney Matthew DePerno continues putting the evidence into the public and court record. What the evidence shows is an intentional manipulation of the ballot counting systems that shifted votes from Trump to Biden, then the system was scrubbed of log-in details so the people who did the shifts would not be identified. JD Rucker – “DePerno claims they found MySQL database management software on the tabulation machines in Antrim County. This is significant for a couple...

Click here to read the full articleYesterday, we reported about the hearing in the Antrim County, MI, voter fraud case, where Judge Kevin J. Elsenheimer heard arguments from Erik Grill, Assistant Attorney General, to the radical Attorney General Dana Nessel, representing MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Antrim County Attorney and Chair of the Grand Traverse Republican Party, Haider Kazim, who were both fighting to dismiss the election fraud lawsuit. Constitutional Attorney Matt Deperno of DePerno Law, who represents the plaintiff, William Bailey, has been fighting to expand the case.Less than 24 hours after we outed Mr. Kazim’s seemingly...

"However, in the chart above from Dr. Frank (showing 20.3% of ballots sent to PO Boxes), we see that there are only 14,901 ballots in Defendants Benson's official database (i.e., only 14,901 people actually voted). This means that of the actual 15,962 ballots counted in December, there [are] 1,061 that are not in the database, meaning they do not exist on the voter rolls, meaning they are most likely phantom ballots. Where did they come from? The actual ballots must be audited. We must also consider what happened at the "hand recount" on December 17, 2020, when the Secretary of...

Included are Russell Ramsland, James Wadron, and Doug Logan. Also on the list are Greg Feemyer and Paul Maggio of Atlanta-based data security company Sullivan Strickler. Other witnesses include attorney Katherine Friess, C. James...

ORIGINAL: The Michigan State Republican Party on Friday revealed that a software glitch caused 6,000 Republican ballots to be counted toward Democrat's totals. The issue was eventually corrected when officials in Antrim County hand-counted the ballots, which caused their county to flip to President Donald Trump. According to the Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman, 48 of the state's 83 counties use the same software from Dominion Voting Systems. There are now issues arising in Georgia in Spalding and Morgan Counties after it was revealed that a software update Monday night caused voting machines to crash on Election Day. Spalding County Board...

http://www.kathleenantrim.com/"Currently, Kathleen is dividing her time between California and Washington, D.C. as she is working on a "secret" project. More to come later . . ." On October 27, 2004 NCPAC made a playful remark regarding the so objective and award-winning movie "Fahrenheit 9-11". Interestingly, it was contained in a thread started by a presumably unwitting troll (now banned). That thread survived. Perhaps to establish a false identity at FR, MD4BUSH responded lightly to NCPAC's posting not only by calling Senator Mikulski "a lezbo" (like a good tolerant democrat), he or she also used an interesting neologism to describe Michael...

How this happened: I was thinking of posting a picture of Mount Rushmore before the carvings (free-associated Mount Rushmore because I heard them talking about Rushmore Mall on the Weather Channel) but there aren't any quality pictures of Mount Rushmore before the carvings. Sooo... I started thinking about rock formations, thought about Devil's Tower, remembered the Giant's Causeway, and here we are:
