Perry was hospitalized on Feb. 27 after paramedics were dispatched to the Riverdale star’s home in Sherman Oaks, California, according to TMZ. The call reportedly came into the fire department for someone suffering a stroke. The actor remained “under observation” for five days but died on Monday, March 4.
