Oswego, NY – A Pennellville woman on her way to Oswego County Family Court on Monday wound up with an appearance ticket for Oswego City Court charging her with unlawful possession of marijuana, sheriff’s officials said. Officials said Annemarie R. Fields, 21, of 78 Larned Road, was found possessing a metal smoking pipe containing marijuana residue as she passed through a magnetometer at the Public Safety Building, 39 Churchill Road. Fields is to appear at city court on Aug. 25 to answer to the charge, which is a violation, officials said.
