Feminists have a bad habit of conflating voluntary sexual relations with rape, and here we go again. The Family Violence Prevention Fund's new youth rape study claims that "Nearly One in Five Young Women Have Experienced Forced Intercourse." Sounds terrible, right? Except that much of what they call "forced intercourse" (i.e. rape) is not forced. According to Child Trends, who conducted the study for the FVPF, the "Types of Force Used" include: 1) "verbal pressure" 2) "being given alcohol or drugs" 3) "being told the relationship would end as a means of forcing intercourse." I certainly don't believe that verbally...

EARLIER THIS month, amid relatively little media fanfare, the National Organization for Women celebrated its 40th anniversary. [...] NOW's 1966 statement of purpose declared: ``The purpose of NOW is to take action to bring women into full participation in the mainstream of American society now, exercising all the privileges and responsibilities thereof. . . . [...] While paying lip service to the idea of equal parenting, NOW has steadfastly opposed efforts to broaden the rights of divorced fathers. With the exception of a few chapters, it has staunchly opposed such proposals as joint custody and mediation instead of litigation. Ten...

WRITING ABOUT Andrea Dworkin, the radical feminist author and activist who died on April 9, is no easy task. Decorum requires accentuating the positive when speaking of the recently deceased; here, there is little positive to accentuate, except for a badly misused talent and a badly misdirected passion. Still, with Dworkin's admirers hailing her as a titan of modern feminism, obituaries describing her as a controversial but noble crusader against pornography and violence, and even some of her feminist critics paying homage to her alleged achievements, it's important to set the record straight. To put it plainly: Dworkin was a...

Dworkin authored the 1974 book Woman Hating, a polemic whose objective, she explained, was "to destroy...

Ladies and gentlemen, I got an e-mail from a friend last night advising me of the passing of that great feminazi Andrea Dworkin and this note came to me saying, "I never heard of this woman." I said, "Well, maybe I better tell people about Andrea Dworkin today," because I first heard of Andrea Dworkin when I was out in Sacramento. I was there from 1984 to 1988, and sometime during that period, probably 1986, Andrea Dworkin came to town to lecture a bunch of local (sigh) feminists about her beliefs on feminism and the Sacramento Bee, a well-known left-wing...

I once had a friend named Fred who did some professional wrestling for a brief time. It was an amazing experience to visit Fred’s apartment because it was always filled with incredibly UGLY women who were like Fred’s sex slaves. They catered to his every whim. On top of that they gave him money and whatever else he asked. Finally I asked Fred about this and he told me that he discovered that it was really easy to get really ugly women to do whatever he wanted. It was simple. Fred was actually a fairly good-looking guy so he...
