A California judge has ruled that teachers were right to punish a seven-year-old girl over a Black Lives Matter drawing because 'she's too young to have First Amendment rights.' The first grader was banned from recess and drawing pictures at Viejo Elementary in Orange County after she added the words 'any life' below Black Lives Matter on a picture she drew and and gave to a black friend. The picture showed the words 'Black Lives Matter' with four round shapes in various different tones of brown, beige and yellow, which was intended to 'represent her friends' who were 'racially-mixed'.

Nextdoor: one big ‘Karen’ clambake of angry menopausal harpies.. Social media giant Nextdoor, which I refer to as one big “Karen” clambake of angry menopausal harpies, announced it will lay off 25% of its staff in a financial report posted Tuesday. Cue the violins… millions of people won’t care at all – or will celebrate. The most toxic of all of the social media organizations, Nextdoor is the hyperlocal “neighborhood” website which claims, “it’s where communities come together to greet newcomers, exchange recommendations, and read the latest local news. Where neighbors support local businesses and get updates from public agencies....

A member of the far-left "Squad" uncharacteristically declared Friday that "all lives do matter" during a press conference calling for a ceasefire in the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas. "I hope and pray that when we exit this crisis, we will be able to say resoundingly, yes, we did enough because we spoke through the noise, and we stood firmly in our belief that all lives do matter — as they said when it was our turn — and that each and every one of them is precious," Rep. Summer Lee, D-Pa., told those in attendance. Her comments drew...

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. — On Sunday, in an act of restoration and healing, local muralists and community volunteers of Santa Cruz repainted the ‘Black Lives Matter” mural in front of city hall. “To see the community come together here with each other that is truly the way forward to see it happening is really powerful,” said Ericka Eckert Bernau, a community volunteer repainting the mural.

Last week, Paul Brodeur, mayor of Melrose, Mass., apologized for a supposedly offensive traffic safety message and launched an investigation into it. He made a federal case about a police billboard reading “THE SAFETY OF ALL LIVES MATTER.” This simple statement expressing the importance of safety for everyone is purportedly offensive or racist or something because many respond to the “Black Lives Matter” movement with signs reading “All Lives Matter.” “I have just been made aware that the following traffic sign is being displayed on Main Street,” Brodeur tweeted with a picture of the sign. “I have ordered that it...

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott responded Thursday to recent remarks from LeBron James about a new revelation that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was present during a racially charged, historic 1957 confrontation between white students and black high school students. James, the Los Angeles Lakers forward and NBA superstar, chided reporters at a press conference for quizzing him about a recent anti-Semitic scandal involving a former teammate, but not seeking his opinion on Jones. The Washington Post last week revealed that Jones, as a 14-year-old Arkansas schoolboy 65 years ago, was present when a throng of white students tried to block...

Two black radio hosts have revealed that they own the trademark to the phrase 'White Lives Matter,' preventing the artist formerly known as Kanye West or anyone else from profiting off the controversial phrase. Ramses Ja and Quinton Ward, Phoenix-based activists and hosts of the nationally syndicated radio show Civic Cipher, revealed their trademark rights in a recent interview with radio station KRRL-FM. 'We are the holder of the federal trademark for White Lives Matter,' said Ja. 'If you want to sell that shirt, you have to come knock on my door, or you have to face Morris, my lawyer.'......

A woman is suing her seven-year-old daughter's elementary school after she was allegedly forced to make a public apology for writing 'any life' on a Black Lives Matter drawing. Chelsea Boyle's first-grade daughter, who has ADHD, was allegedly told by her principal at Viejo Elementary School in Mission Viejo, California, that she 'can't draw pictures anymore' and 'can't write those words' after being disciplined for creating the 'any lives' matter drawing. The picture showed the words 'Black Lives Matter' with four round shapes in various different tones of brown, beige and yellow, which was intended to 'represent her friends' who...

The Nativity School of Worcester can no longer call itself Catholic after flying the gay pride and Black Lives Matter flags, according to a bishop’s decree. The flags were flown directly under the American flag on the same pole. The symbols are “inconsistent with Catholic teaching,” according to Bishop Robert J. McManus of the Diocese of Worcester. Explaining his reasoning, McManus said “it is my contention that the ‘Gay Pride’ flag represents support of gay marriage and actively living a LGBTQ+ lifestyle.” When writing of the Black Lives Matter flag, he differentiated between the statement “black lives matter” — which...

During a Q & A meeting with Twitter employees, Elon Musk used the phrase “all lives matter,” prompting some of the company’s woke staffers to have a mini freak out. The billionaire addressed Twitter employees to fill them in on his plans for the company and Project Veritas obtained a recording of the remote session. During the conference call, the Tesla founder reiterated his position as a “free speech absolutist,” adding that people should be able to say “pretty outrageous things” on Twitter so long as they were legal. However, Twitter employees appeared to be even more triggered by Musk...

Bob Saget was confusingly left out of the “in memoriam” at the 2022 Oscars on Sunday, sparking outrage from fans angry to see the snub. Saget himself was an Oscar winner, scoring a student Academy Award in 1977 for his black-and-white documentary, “Through Adam’s Eyes.” Twitter was quick to point out the Academy’s glaring omission in its special segment to honor those we lost in the past year. “Rioting because Bob Saget wasn’t in the In Memoriam portion of the #Oscars,” one fan pointed out. “No but seriously, why wasn’t Bob Saget in the memoriam?” added another. “Cancel the #oscars...

Source: Enterline Design Services LLCFormer Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas, one of the first conservatives to be canceled back in 2010-2012 (along with me as collateral damage), has started a docuseries profiling other Christian conservatives whom the left targeted. “For many years, a quiet crisis affecting millions of Americans has grown and gone without remedy,” he opens. “In the early 21st century, a militant secular Left captured America’s centers of wealth and power. Because of prejudice and hostility from monied and powerful left-wing interest groups, those who publicly opposed the Left often lost their careers, businesses, livelihoods or reputations.” In...

While documenting my former high school’s attempt to indoctrinate me with critical race theory six years ago, I remarked that now, several years later, “the situation has undoubtedly worsened.” Worsened it has. Now, Campbell Union High School District has promoted more than 100 “equity resources” to students and staff, including a document that taught students how to put a curse on those who say “all lives matter.”Colorblindness, Cops, and CursesThe page serves as a vast library for CRT resources and features 60 different links, including a Google Drive folder with 45 different documents. One often wonders if the BLM actually cares about black lives because their focus is so much on driving everything further left, and they don’t seem to care about the black lives that may be taken in the process of their actions. For example, they don’t seem to have cared much about former police captain, David Dorn, 77, killed during the rioting in St. Louis, who died trying to protect his friend’s shop. Then, there was little, 8-year-old Secoriea Turner, who was shot and killed in a parking lot ‘autonomous zone’ by BLM ‘protesters.’ The city had previously failed to shut...

Philonase Floyd, the brother of George Floyd, uttered a forbidden three-word phrase Friday after the sentencing of Derek Chauvin, the former officer who killed his brother. Floyd was addressing the media after Chauvin was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison. He listed many other names of victims touted by the "Black Lives Matter" movement before saying that "all lives matter." Video of the comment went viral on social media very soon afterward.

A Met Police officer has admitted kidnapping and raping Sarah Everard. The 33-year-old vanished as she walked home in Clapham, south London, on 3 March. Her body was found a week later in woodland near Ashford, Kent. Appearing at the Old Bailey via video-link, PC Wayne Couzens, of Deal, pleaded guilty both to kidnap and rape. The court heard he also accepted responsibility for Ms Everard's death but did not enter a plea on the charge of murder. Marketing executive Ms Everard had been walking to her home in Brixton on the night she disappeared. She was reported missing by...

Neighborhood social media app Nextdoor has recently announced a new “anti-racist” notification that warns users to reconsider sending messages with the phrases “All Lives Matter” and “Blue Lives Matter.” A video posted to the Nextdoor YouTube channel on Sunday depicts the notification feature in action. Someone responds to a message supporting Black Lives Matter by saying “Why just black lives? I believe all lives matter.” The full-screen “anti-racist” notification then pops up and says: “Hold on… The phrase ‘all lives matter’ can be hurtful to people of color. Consider editing before you publish.” Below is a bright-colored button that prompts...

I am a Black man and my life matters. But I also believe that all lives matter, a concept engendered through my faith. I also am anti-abortion and anti-death penalty. For me, consistency is paramount in all personal beliefs and practices. The same cannot be said for the Black Lives Matter Organization. Don’t take my word for it, even the families of Michael Brown and Breonna Taylor are on the record calling BLM fraudulent thieves. In Philadelphia this past week a triple shooting in Southwest Philly left a father dead and his 6-year-old severely injured. This past weekend in Chicago,...

After a city council vote Wednesday, Atlantic City will repaint the Black Lives Matter tribute which confused drivers on the street. Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small said the 2020 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard street mural honoring Black Lives Matter would be repainted smaller, due to driver confusion caused by its massive yellow lettering. “It was an oversight on our part, and when we realized it, we fixed it,” Small said Thursday. During the Wednesday night meeting, Acting Police Chief James Sarkos told the council the mural violated state Department of Transportation regulations, forcing them to close the street to...
