    International forces in Afghanistan say they have killed the number two Al Qaeda commander in the country. The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) says Saudi citizen Abdul Ghani was killed in an air strike in the north-eastern province of Kunar two weeks ago. Ghani was accused of coordinating attacks against foreigners and pro-government tribal leaders.
