JERUSALEM (AP) - The Associated Press on Wednesday protested to the Palestinian Authority about threats against a freelance camerman who filmed Palestinians celebrating terror attacks in the United States. The videographer, on assignment for Associated Press Television News, was summoned to a Palestinian Authority security office and told that the material must not be aired. Calls in the name of the Tanzim militia, an armed group associated with Yasser Arafat's Fatah group, warned him he would be held responsible and made what he interpreted as threats on his life. Several Palestinian Authority officials spoke to AP in Jerusalem urging ...

I don't know about everybody else, but I am more upset, more demanding of retaliation, retribution, revenge than I was last night. It is good that Colin Powell is toughening up his language. Yesterday, he spoke of bringing these animals "to justice". He was wrong. It is not the time for an arrest, a 2 year court trial, with Bin Laden sitting comfortably in a cell getting 3 square meals a day. I want his head. I demand his head. The memory of his victims require no more, or no less.

Psalm 691 Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.5 O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are ...

IRVING – At least six bullets shattered windows of a North Texas Mosque this morning, causing about $3,000 in damage, officials said. Windows at the Islamic Center of Irving were found shot out when workers arrived at the mosque about 6 a.m. Nobody was at the mosque when the shooting occurred and no injuries were reported. About 800 people attend services at the center. Irving police were investigating the incident. It was not immediately clear if the shooting was related to Tuesday's terrorist attacks along the East Coast. "It's very sad. We're just trying as any Americans, any Muslim-American, to ...

Major league baseball called off its entire schedule for both Wednesday and Thursday following terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, and other sports could soon follow with cancellations. The terrorist attacks brought professional and college sports to a standstill nationwide, and it was unclear when they would resume. Baseball's move was without precedent since 1918, when the season was cut short by almost a month because of World War I. It raised the total of postponed games to 45, calling into question whether the regular season could be completed as scheduled in 2 1/2 weeks. Many college football ...

Oh, great. I just heard an FAA official on the radio saying, "no more knifes in airports." That is: no more knives of any kind ANYWHERE in an airport. Uh, would somebody please explain to the FAA geniuses that the very ABSENCE of knives, let alone guns, on the part of the passengers and crews yesterday cost VERY MANY people their very lives. The planes were "easy pickens" because both passengers and crews were UNARMED. I see the FedGov is up to its usual tricks of bait and switch. The problem is over there, so they (unConstitutionally) restrict my rights ...

Contact Senators Contact House of Representatives Members 1. How and Why was there a TOTAL FAILURE of Airport Security ? 2. How and Why was there a TOTAL FAILURE of Passenger Profiling proceedures ? For YEARS the FREE PEOPLE of the United States have suffered the indignation of profiling and accusations causing searches and humiliation without cause. America: The Good Neighbor.   Widespread but only partial news coverage was given recently to a remarkable editorial broadcast from Toronto by Gordon Sinclair, a Canadian television commentator. What follows is the full text of his trenchant remarks as printed in the Congressional Record:    "This Canadian thinks it is time to speak up for the Americans as the most generous and possibly the least appreciated people on all the earth. Germany, Japan and, to a lesser extent, Britain and Italy were lifted out of the debris of war by the Americans who poured in billions of dollars and forgave ...
