A little-known agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has ended a myriad legal giveaways to 2.2 million migrants welcomed by President Joe Biden. The withdrawal of the legal giveaways allows the department’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to overcome the army of elite-funded pro-migration lawyers who are trying to minimize deportations. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency is “reversing the downstream effects of the Biden border crisis,” the department stated on October 29. The statement added: “These actions are in addition to the millions of visa revocations and denials issued by the U.S. Department of State...

A Florida man on trial for murder in the US has made an unusual offer in court in exchange for a guilty confession. Robert Kessler, 74, told a Hillsborough Circuit Judge that he would plead guilty if he could get a "Philly cheesesteak", "fries, and a Pepsi". Kessler is accused of killing 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts, who had been staying at his Tampa-area home in 2021. He faces charges of first-degree murder and abuse of a corpse, according to a WFLA report. WASHINGTON (TNND) — Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino warned his podcast listeners this week to take action and stock up on essentials like food and water as other countries have warned their citizens to stockpile amid threats of cyberattacks. During his podcast, Bongino said that people should have 30 days of food and water ready in case of an emergency. “There have been some warnings put out by the UK government and elsewhere about 30 days of preparedness and having food ready and power,” Bongino said, according to Mediaite.

They’ve gotten arrogant and lazy and entitled about corruption, as if it’s an accepted part of their brand. Late this week we’ve witnessed two of the more blatant examples of left-wing cheating of recent years: Maria Peltola and James Boasberg. The New York Times, of all publications, has revealed that the Peltola campaign did in fact search high and low among the tall pines and glaciers for somebody named Dan Sullivan to appear on the ballot to divert votes from the legit incumbent. Furthermore, they go on to assert that Peltola herself was aware of it and may well have...

A song.1 May God arise, may his enemies be scattered; may his foes flee before him. 2 May you blow them away like smoke— as wax melts before the fire, may the wicked perish before God.3 But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful. 4 Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds[b]; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. 5 A father to the fatherless,...

Army Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia fired by War Secretary Pete Hegseth Fired Army Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia, who served as director of the Directorate for Strategy, Plans, and Policy at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, reportedly admitted to leaking classified information, according to the Pentagon’s internal investigation. As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Sylvia was fired from the Joint Chiefs of Staff this week for “severe misconduct,” including leaking classified information on the Iran and Russia-Ukraine wars, a Department of War official said. He was also criminally referred to the Department of Justice, as an investigation into his leaks remains...

ot the least of Donald Trump’s achievements is his successful effort to disarm federal government agencies. Since the turn of the century – and probably much longer – there has been a tendency by federal agencies to create their own private SWAT teams, equipped with everything from Humvees to armored vehicles and armed with military-grade automatic weapons. While some of these made a minimal kind of sense (the Bureau of Land Management has had problems with marijuana cultivators and the Bureau of Indian Affairs has memories of the deadly 1973 Wounded Knee confrontation), most didn’t. One of the more puzzling...

An official National Park Video shows double meaning, irony, and tragedy in screenshots. On July 25, 2014, Brian D. Murphy used both bear spray and a .357 magnum revolver to stop a charging grizzly bear. He probably shot the bear in the face. The shot stunned the bear, stopped the charge, but did not kill the bear. Murphy shot the bear after it had charged through the bear spray. Murphy helped keep other hikers safe. He immediately told park rangers about the incident. All the physical evidence was consistent with Murphy’s account. The bear had left by the time the rangers...

New York’s top elected attorneys were like deer in headlights when pressed about a congressional investigation claiming they’d directed staff to downgrade illegal immigrants’ charges to avoid deportation. The attorneys — state AG Letitia James, and city District Attorneys Melinda Katz and Eric Gonzalez — stared blank-faced when asked by The Post about the damning report at a Thursday gun-safety press conference. “Did any of you order prosecutors to downgrade gun charges to keep illegal immigrants in the US, per the Judiciary Committee report the recent house judiciary report?” a reporter asked, explaining the report could clearly indicate a gun-safety...

Salmon, beef, organic produce and Amy’s Kitchen meals: These are just some of the luxury foods that California welfare recipients can have delivered to their homes each week, for free. Californians like TikTok user “Lupita” are taking full advantage. Earlier this year, she posted a video of herself opening a taxpayer-funded grocery box, apologizing to her manicurist as she unboxed it by hand. Inside, she found carrots, heads of broccoli, apples, oranges, celery, rice, lettuce and more. “Yesterday, I was like, ‘I need some lettuce,’ but the lettuce was like $5,” she said. “And look at this. Fresh lettuce! Thank...

Texas Democrat James Talarico’s Senate campaign accepted $3,000 from a celebrity Muslim leader who was accused of grooming female fans for sham marriages and assured husbands that Allah would “let you get away with” wife-beating — under certain conditions. Nouman Ali Khan — founder of the Bayyinah Institute, an Islamic studies outfit boasting millions of fans on YouTube — cut the Texas Democrat three $1,000 checks, FEC records show. The most recent donation arrived Oct. 19, the day early voting opened — and one day after Talarico worked the room courting Muslim voters at a halal barbecue spot in Irving....

In 2019, Evanston, Illinois, a Cook County city, announced it would provide $20 million in racial reparations to black people. The city has made $7 million in illegal racial payments, but is being sued for racial discrimination, and its financial problems are leading to a 9% property tax hike. The whopping $5 million tax increase includes an 8.9% property tax hike, a 25% water rate increase, and a doubling the natural gas tax, which will help push local residents out of their homes, and ironically, the homeowners most likely to be pushed out as a result will be black. The...
