A reckoning for the Dems?
American Thinker ^ | 30 Oct. 2026 | J.R. Dunn

They’ve gotten arrogant and lazy and entitled about corruption, as if it’s an accepted part of their brand.

Late this week we’ve witnessed two of the more blatant examples of left-wing cheating of recent years: Maria Peltola and James Boasberg.

The New York Times, of all publications, has revealed that the Peltola campaign did in fact search high and low among the tall pines and glaciers for somebody named Dan Sullivan to appear on the ballot to divert votes from the legit incumbent. Furthermore, they go on to assert that Peltola herself was aware of it and may well have had a hand in it.

As for the judge with the crazy eyes, it was announced on Wednesday that he is injecting himself into the investigation of Ilhan Omar Elmi, who has committed more offenses than we have room for here. Boasberg is demanding access to the sealed indictment, almost certainly to undercut efforts to bring Omar Elmi to book. It’s awful strange how Boasberg always gets the fun cases – the ones where he can twist the law like a NYC street-corner pretzel to do as much damage to the Trump administration as possible.

The Democrat Party has been corrupt ever since it came into existence. This goes back to Tammany Hall and the Tweed Ring in the 19th century, and has changed not one iota in the decades since. Total eclipse came with the Clintons, who proved that you could commit any crime up to destroying entire countries and get away with it so long as you were on Team Donkey.

But the question arises: for how long? This kind of thing does not go on forever. Unfairness will be the key element in bringing it down, of which cheating is the major component.

Is there a way to even put a dent in it?

Do you not see all the small advances being made?

As to our personal endeavors, we are going to have to use our voice and talk about the truth to people, one at a time. We are still the media.

Use your outdoor voice.

Many criminals never stop until they’re incarcerated or eliminated.

**Is there a way to even put a dent in it?**

We can thank Bill Clinton. He nominated a frail, 63 year old Ruth Bader to the SCOTUS, thereby avoiding a long term replacement reckoning in the wake of a young Clarence Thomas appointment.

Let’s hope the old geezers like Chuckie puts down any young whipper-snapper(AOC?) in ‘28. When they die in office the special elections have no incumbent. That gives time for pendulum swings to if times change.

It has become an accepted part of our entire government, at all levels.

Unless cheating can bring them back into power, at which point they'll do everything possible to make it permanent.

I am buying more ammo, food and water. I expect it to hit the fan the week after the election. My neighbors and my family will be as prepared as we can be. We are in CA but very few around here are woke libs or muslims.

“Many criminals never stop until they’re incarcerated or eliminated.”

Absolutely correct. I have opined many times that unless there are life changing consequences for a perp, there will be no change in that behavior and no examples for any observer who may be considering a similar activity.

By ‘life changing’ I mean more than jail. I mean extreme physical pain, financial ruin including loss of family assets, and in some cases a trip to a Hemp-and-Branch party. Even civilized men would think twice about a crime if the consequences included putting their family out on the street and on welfare. Note: I said ‘civilized’ - this excludes most of the koranimal cult.
