If you've found yourself lingering over egg cartons at the grocery store, wondering about the difference between brown and white eggs, you are not alone. Despite the conventional wisdom about brown eggs being healthier or somehow more "natural" than white ones, the truth is simple. The difference between brown and white eggs comes down to one thing — the breed of chicken that lays the egg. Brown eggs are laid by chicken breeds such as Rhode Island Red, Speckled Sussex, Black Australorp, Buff Orpington, and Cuckoo Maran, to name a few. These chickens lay eggs in varying shades of brown,...

It is the godly God-fearing mother that is crucially needed in our land today, and her absence has been greatly felt. Lawlessness, lewdness, violence, rebellious children, and narcissism are EXPONENTIAL today, and their effects have EXPONENTIALLY ravaged culture, society, people, and land! Godly mothers are absolutely crucial to any society in this fallen world, and Satan knows it (Prov. 31:10-31). Almighty God cannot praise the godly enough, and her role is absolutely key for preserving her children, family, society, and nation from the ravaging effects of this fallen world’s lawless state (Rom. 1:18-32). The godly mother is one who is...

Former Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper holds a 9-point lead over Republican Michael Whatley in North Carolina’s open US Senate race, according to a new poll commissioned by the elections-integrity group RightCount and released earlier this month. The survey, conducted by Opinion Diagnostics, found 50% of registered North Carolina voters supporting Cooper, compared to 41% for Whatley, with 8% undecided. An earlier poll commissioned by Healthier United and conducted March 8-9 — days after both candidates clinched their party nominations — showed a wider 18-point Cooper lead. A March 13-14 survey from Public Policy Polling, a Democratic-aligned firm, found the race...

The conventional liberal take on the Supreme Court decision in Louisiana v. Callais to limit the use of race in drawing congressional districts is that it is a defeat for minority political influence… But the fact that it will no longer be permitted doesn’t mean that Black voters will necessarily have less influence. They could even have more. The key to understanding why is the tried-and-true power of the swing voter… The alternative to race-based districts, after all, is those that are “geographically compact”—in which the shared concerns of neighbors about their communities are at issue. Those could include race-related...

It spreads rapidly via contaminated food, water, or surfaces. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Vessel Sanitation Program, 102 of 3,116 passengers (3.3%) and...

A Minnesota state lawmaker is asking a powerful House committee to subpoena US Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) for refusing to cooperate with an investigation into her possible ties to Somali fraudsters who bilked Twin Cities taxpayers out of $250 million. State Rep. Kristin Robbins (R-Maple Grove), who is chairing a fraud oversight investigation in Minnesota’s legislature, wrote to US House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) on Thursday requesting that his panel compel Omar to hand over “her staff’s communications with defendants” implicated in the fraud. “As you may be aware, Rep. Ilhan Omar has documented ties to criminals convicted...

Former Vice President Kamala Harris wants the Democratic National Committee to release its assessment of why and how she lost to President Donald Trump in the 2024 election. DNC Chairman Ken Martin announced in December 2025 that he would not release the committee’s autopsy of the Democrats’ 2024 election loss, making a widely unpopular move to backtrack from his initial commitment to release the report to the public. He argued that releasing the autopsy could be a “distraction from the core mission” of the DNC. But the Washington Examiner has confirmed NBC News’s reporting that Harris, who is publicly weighing...

The Trump administration scored a legal victory in combating illegal immigration when a federal judge cleared the way for Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials to operate near schools, for now. The lawsuit brought by Minnesota public school districts sought a temporary injunction against immigration enforcement agents having a presence near schools, claiming it increased absenteeism and disrupted learning. U.S. District Judge Laura Provinzino of the District of Minnesota denied the schools’ request for a preliminary injunction while the case moves forward and said the plaintiffs likely lacked standing. Provinzino is a Biden appointee. “Accordingly, because the Court concludes that Plaintiffs...

In 2024, President Donald Trump won the White House buoyed by historic support among Hispanic voters, diversifying the GOP’s coalition and flipping Democratic strongholds like South Texas. Two years later, a crop of Hispanic Republican candidates in Texas will aim to solidify Trump’s gains in defiance of the midterm headwinds facing the GOP this fall. The balance of the U.S. House could turn on whether they succeed... As many as four of the five Democratic seats targeted by GOP redistricting could feature Hispanic GOP nominees, while two of Democrats’ top targets will be defended by Hispanic Republican candidates. In all...

Charlie Kirk’s widow Erika called on the next generation of Christian scholars to follow in her husband’s footsteps and pursue truth and “defend liberty” during her commencement speech at Hillsdale College Saturday. Kirk kicked off her speech with a story about her and Charlie Kirk’s honeymoon, which they both agreed would be a “disconnected” vacation, meaning no computers or cell phones. Charlie Kirk, however, used the emergency phone to keep up with the free, online courses he was taking at Hillsdale College, a breach of the newlywed’s agreement that Kirk said she was more than happy to allow. “He really...

MS NOW should be known as your channel if you're looking for overwrought racism metaphors. In a stunning segment on Saturday's The Weekend, Rep. Joe Morelle (D-NY) unleashed an unhinged attack on the Supreme Court and its recent Voting Rights Act decision — comparing it to the Taney Court’s infamous 1857 Dred Scott ruling and declaring the Roberts Court “one of the most racist courts in American history.” Here was Morelle to co-host Eugene Daniels: “Jose [sic!], we’re fighting back . . . Eugene, the Supreme Court, which by the way made the worst decision since the Taney Court came...

Garlic has been praised for centuries as one of those humble kitchen staples that seems to do more than simply flavor food. It shows up in family recipes, old home remedies, and now, increasingly, scientific studies looking at how natural compounds may affect the body as it ages. A new study suggests one particular compound found in aged garlic extract may have a surprising relationship with muscle health — and the path may run through fat cells. The research, summarized by StudyFinds and published in Cell Metabolism, focuses on a sulfur-containing compound called S-1-propenyl-L-cysteine, or S1PC. In laboratory and animal...

Four days ago, Ron DeSantis signed legislation that could decertify the Florida Education Association entirely. Tuesday, the FEA filed a lawsuit to strip 1.4 million children of their opportunity scholarships. You do the math. What the FEA Actually Filed The Florida Education Association filed a 39-page lawsuit in Leon County targeting Florida's Family Empowerment Scholarship program. The union wants a court to declare the entire school choice system unconstitutional. The legal argument is that private and charter schools don't meet Florida's constitutional mandate for a "uniform, efficient, safe, secure, and high quality system of free public schools." FEA President Andrew...

REFORM UK would be just three seats short of a majority in Parliament if local election results were repeated in a general election, analysis suggests. Nigel Farage’s party would hoover up 323 seats in the Commons, based on research body More In Common’s projection. Just four members of the current Cabinet would survive if the bloodbath was replicated at a general election. These are Sir Keir Starmer, Wes Streeting, Douglas Alexander and Ian Murray. Reform would beat Rachel Reeves, Yvette Cooper, Pat McFadden, John Healey, Bridget Phillipson, Ed Miliband, Liz Kendall. Heidi Alexander, Emma Reynolds and Lisa Nandy. The Greens...

An apparent large oil spill spanning dozens of square miles of sea has been spotted off of Iran’s main oil hub of Kharg Island, according to open source satellite imagery and reporting in both the NY Times and Reuters on Friday. It could be the result of a leak. Other claims have suggested oil was pumped into the sea because storage space had run out due to the blockade. In newer images, the oil slick appeared to be moving south.
