You really can’t make it up. A previously deported illegal immigrant named Gerardo Miguel Mora, whose rap sheet includes attempted rape and strangulation, was back in a New York City courtroom last week on a shoplifting charge, which, according to The Post, was his second arrest in the month of January — the first being for crack possession. That’s actually not the unbelievable part of the story. The reason Mora’s most recent criminal case made news is that New York City Judge Sheridan Jack-Browne allowed him to waltz right out of the courthouse despite being made aware of a federal...

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard detailed her ongoing election security assessment in a letter to congressional lawmakers Monday, saying President Donald Trump "specifically directed" her to be present for the execution of a search warrant in Fulton County, Georgia, last week as part of the probe. Gabbard sent a letter, exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital, addressed to Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chair Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., and House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Rep. Jim Himes, D-Conn. The letter was also sent to House and Senate leadership, as well as GOP leadership on both committees. The letter is...

Former US President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton, the former Secretary of State, have agreed to testify in the congressional investigation into late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. It comes days before a vote on whether to hold the couple in criminal contempt for refusing to appear before the House Oversight Committee after a months-long standoff. Bill Clinton was acquainted with Epstein, who died in prison in 2019, but has denied knowledge of his sex offending and says he cut off contact two decades ago. It's unclear when the depositions will take place, but it will be the first...

Queen’s University Belfast is to remove the name of former US Senator George Mitchell — one of the architects of the Good Friday Agreement — from a peace center following the emergence of new information contained in the Jeffrey Epstein files released on Friday. A bust of Mr. Mitchell will also be removed from the university grounds. Mr. Mitchell chaired the negotiations which led to the 1998 peace agreement. The former senator has a long-standing association with the university where he was chancellor from 1999 to 2009. …

"Paul and Timothy, bond-servants of Christ Jesus" (Phil. 1:1). If exalting Christ is your goal, anything that furthers the gospel will bring you joy. Next to the Lord Himself, Paul is perhaps the greatest illustration that joy is not necessarily related to one's circumstances. Paul wrote to the Philippians from a prison cell, yet he spoke of joy and contentment. His life was a series of difficulties and life-threatening situations (see 2 Cor. 11:23-33). In fact the Lord, shortly after confronting him on the road to Damascus, said, "[Paul] is a chosen instrument of Mine, to bear My name before...

As the partial government shutdown drags into its third day, a critical deal has been struck that could finally deliver a long-overdue victory for election integrity. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, after direct talks with President Trump at the White House, announced that Senate Majority Leader John Thune is prepared to invoke a standing filibuster to bring the SAVE Act to the floor, sidestepping the 60-vote barrier that has stalled the bill for months.

A video from Spain has become global ammunition for critics who argue that parts of Europe’s radical left openly welcome demographic change as a political tool. A short video clip from Spain has reverberated far beyond, exposing a fault line in Europe’s migration debate and fueling claims that parts of the continent’s far left view immigration not only as a social policy but as an electoral instrument. The footage shows Irene Montero, a senior figure in Spain’s hard-left Podemos, former equality minister and currently serving as an MEP, addressing a public event. In it, Montero expresses her hope that immigration...

President Trump joined Dan Bongino on the first day back on his show on Rumble and dropped some big news… He said something BIG will be coming out very soon on Fulton County about the 2020 election. In other words: “we have it all”? ... There's a lot from 2020 that people forget, but I haven't. Remember when it was rumored that the White Hats raided that server farm in Frankfurt, Germany and the rumor was that Trump won with 410 Electoral Votes? I remember. I think we may see that data again. And a lot more. Have you noticed...

Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia — who was listed at 6-feet tall and 207 pounds on the Commodores’ website for the 2025 season — was measured at 5-9 ⅞ inches and 198 pounds while at Senior Bowl practices on Monday. Saturday’s Senior Bowl game will showcase the top senior prospects for NFL scouts and coaches as a precursor to the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, which runs Feb. 26-March 1 in Indianapolis. “My size has been doubted my whole life,” Pavia told reporters Monday. “I feel like the only thing the NFL cares about is can you win, and I view myself...

People with compromised liver function may be able to reduce their risk of liver cancer or slow its progression with a simple dietary change: eating less protein. A study has found that low-protein diets slowed liver tumor growth and cancer death in mice, uncovering a mechanism by which a liver's impaired waste-handling machinery can inadvertently fuel cancer. When people consume protein, the nitrogen can be converted into ammonia, a substance that's toxic to the body and brain. A healthy liver typically processes this ammonia into harmless urea, which is excreted via urine. To test whether impaired ammonia processing drives cancer...

A team of researchers have identified a fundamental mechanism that links the 24-hour circadian cycle to the precise repair of DNA breaks. This study, focused on the circadian protein Cryptochrome1 (CRY1), suggests that the time of day when radiotherapy is administered can significantly influence the effectiveness of treatment for certain types of cancer. It is relatively common for cancer cells to be unable to repair their DNA efficiently. Treatments, such as radiotherapy, exploit this by generating DNA breaks that tumor cells are unable to repair. This study shows DNA break repair in human cells exhibits a circadian oscillation. In a...

Researchers have discovered that natural "sunscreen" compounds found in algae and cyanobacteria may also support skin and heart health. By comparing two mycosporine-like amino acids, the team showed for the first time that these molecules can block a key enzyme involved in blood pressure control in laboratory tests, while also offering antioxidant and anti-aging effects. Natural compounds produced by seaweeds and microscopic organisms have long helped these species survive intense sunlight. Known as mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs), these molecules act as natural sunscreens by absorbing harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation and protecting cells from damage. Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) plays an important...

Vikings announcer Paul Allen did not appear on KFAN radio Monday and said he’ll be taking a few days off following comments he made about “paid protestors” in the snowy and bitter cold temperatures amid the President Donald Trump administration’s immigration crackdown in Minnesota. KFAN aired an apology in Allen’s voice during a commercial before “Nine-to-Noon,” his daily show after he asked if “paid protestors” get “hazard pay” for the conditions on his Friday show. “I made a comment on-air Friday about protesting in the weather that was insensitive and poorly timed and I’m sorry,” Allen said Monday. “It was...

China has banned hidden door handles on electric vehicles (EVs), making it the first country to stop the use of the controversial designs that were made popular by multi-billionaire Elon Musk's Tesla. It comes as EVs are facing scrutiny from safety watchdogs around the world after a number of deadly incidents, including two fatal crashes in China involving Xiaomi EVs in which power failures were suspected to have prevented doors from being opened. Under the new regulations, cars will only be allowed to be sold if they have a mechanical release both on the inside and outside of their doors,...
