The Food and Drug Administration announced Tuesday that it will limit access to Covid-19 vaccines going forward to people 65 years of age and older and others who are at high risk of becoming seriously ill if they are infected, and will require manufacturers to conduct clinical trials to show whether the vaccines are of benefit to healthy younger adults and children. After weeks of signaling a shift in thinking, the new leaders of the FDA and the agency’s division that regulates vaccines published a commentary in the New England Journal of Medicine laying out their plan for future use...

Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga) and Rep. Haley Stevens (D-Mich) are co-sponsoring the Equality Act. this legislation would make "gender identity" a protected class under federal anti-discrimination law. It would require schools to open female-only spaces to biological males who identify as transgender girls, including sports teams. "I realize that opponents of my bill predict that allowing males to participate in women's sports would effectively abolish segregation by sex and lead to the demise of unique female only teams," Ossoff admitted. "I say so what. Isn't the existence of separate teams a disparagement of females. Doesn't it say that these females...

Until Democrats start naming names and apologizing for their reckless, craven conduct as it relates to Joe Biden, I don’t want to hear another word about Pete Hegseth’s Signal chats. It was fine timing to get news over the weekend that the former president, a well established dotard, has an advanced and aggressive form of prostate cancer that has reached his bones. There’s a strong likelihood that Biden was diagnosed with some stage of the disease before he was even elected president, and he almost certainly had it while in office. Yet the public knew nothing until Sunday.Prayers up for...

Democratic presidential aspirants should not feel obligated to self-flagellate to win back the public trust. The what-did-they-know-and-when-did-they-know-it media frenzy was just getting started, with Democratic officeholders being pressed by last week’s Sunday morning talk show hosts whether they “got it wrong” on Joe Biden’s fitness, did they “see much” infirmity, and do they “bear some responsibility” for his initial decision to run for re-election. Then we learned later on Sunday that Biden has an aggressive form of prostate cancer, and a fresh wave of conspiracy theorizing has begun. After Biden’s office issued a statement, Donald Trump Jr. baselessly suggested the...

Monday on FNC’s “Special Report,” long-time network personality Brit Hume predicted Democrats would be answering for the alleged cover-up of former President Joe Biden’s health issues for a “generation.” Hume argued that those in Biden’s inner circle were aware of Biden’s problems. “I mean, do you think impacts politically are real?” host Bret Baier asked. “Yes, I think they’re very real,” Hume replied. “And I think, you know, a lot of Democrats have a lot to answer for because they were trying to cover up something that, as I said before, trying to hide something that was unhidable. So, you...

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A former Arkansas teacher and leader at Immanuel Baptist Church has taken a plea deal related to sexual assault charges. Reagan Gray, who worked as a teacher for Pulaski County Special School District and volunteer at a local church, was accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor while working as a church volunteer back in April of 2024. Following her "no contest" plea to a reduced charge of 2nd degree sexual assault, Gray is now required to register as a sex offender and has been given six years probation. Gray was initially arrested in...

The white marble bust of the “Riders on the Storm” singer — made by Croatian artist Mladen Mikulin — was placed at the Père Lachaise cemetery in Paris on the 10th anniversary of Morrison’s death in 1981. The infamous sculpture, weighing nearly 300 pounds, did not appear damaged beyond the graffiti and its broken nose, which were already there when the bust went missing 37 years ago, according to newly released pictures. Morrison’s gravesite — situated in an area called the “Poets Corner”– has attracted hordes of fans since the 27-year-old was laid to rest in 1971, according to the...

Like a lot of Democrats these days, Chris Murphy has been doing some soul searching. For years, the Connecticut Senator, who took office shortly after the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, was one of the nation’s most outspoken advocates for tighter gun laws. Gun safety was so important, he argued, that supporting an assault-weapons ban should be mandatory for Democratic leaders. Recently, Murphy has come to believe he was wrong. Not about tougher gun laws, but about trying to force all Democrats to adopt his position. “I bear some responsibility for where we are today,” he told...

CHICAGO, IL — Following a deluge of allegations of racist hiring practices to fill city official jobs, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson issued a statement insisting that he had never once discriminated against white-boy honky crackers. "I've never made judgements based the skin color of redneck whiteys," Johnson said in the statement. "Yes, I made the statement that I look to black...

An InsiderAdvantage poll shows President Donald Trump’s job approval rating has surged to 55 percent approve while only 44 percent disapprove and a mere one percent remain undecided. “These results are not a surprise,” InsiderAdvantage pollster Matt Towery writes. “Other pollsters who accurately polled election cycles where President Trump’s name appeared on the ballot have been showing his approval ratings moving into the fifty-percent-plus range.” This is accurate. Currently, Harvard-Harris has Trump at 47 percent approval. He sits at 49 percent approval with Rasmussen. Even Morning Consult shows him at 48 percent. In a previous InsiderAdvantage survey (conducted with Trafalgar...

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told lawmakers Tuesday that Syria may be weeks away from plunging into another civil war or collapsing altogether. Rubio, who met with top Syrian officials last week during President Trump’s Middle East trip, said fears for the fledgling Damascus government were the main reason Trump abruptly opted to implement a 180-day waiver on sanctions last week following his meeting in Saudi Arabia with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa. “It is our assessment that, frankly, the transitional authority, given the challenges they’re facing, are maybe weeks — not many months — away from potential collapse and a...

One of six inmates still at-large after a New Orleans jailbreak last week has been captured, and a jail worker who allegedly helped the inmates escape has been arrested, the Louisiana attorney general's office announced Tuesday. Sterling Williams, 33, an Orleans Parish jail maintenance worker, was arrested after admitting to helping the 10 inmates escape Friday. He is charged with 10 counts of principal to simple escape and one count of malfeasance in office. Williams said he turned off the water to the cell from which the inmates escaped, allowing them to dismantle a toilet and flee. Williams said one...
