A historic Supreme Court ruling is not stopping Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) from trying to imprison President Trump. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Supreme Court last week ruled 6-3 along ideological lines in favor of Trump, asserting that presidents are immune from criminal liability involving official acts during their tenure. The case Trump v. United States arose from narcissistic Special Counsel Jack Smith’s corrupt indictment against Trump, who is falsely accusing the 45th President of conspiring to throw out the 2020 presidential election results. The garbage charges Smith has levied include spreading “claims” of election fraud and...

The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday issued a ruling in several cases, striking down two laws designed to protect preborn children from abortion. The court ruled 5-1 in the overturn of both these laws, a decision that led its sole dissenting justice, Justice Caleb Stegall, to warn that the state is heading toward “a legal regime of unrestricted access to abortion.” The first law overturned was one enacted to prohibit dilation and evacuation (D&E) dismemberment abortions, and the second would have regulated abortion facilities by requiring them to meet special licensing requirements and safety standards. As the Associated Press noted,...

Never Trumper Bill Kristol called on President Joe Biden to step aside as the Democrat presidential nominee in 2024, saying he was “not up to four more years” and “very unlikely” to defeat former President Donald Trump. He posted on X on Tuesday: 1. Trump should not be president again. 2. Joe Biden is not up to four more years, and is therefore very unlikely to defeat Trump. 3. Biden should step aside, and Democrats should nominate a candidate who can defeat Trump. If this is “elitist,” then common sense is elitist. 1. Trump should not be president again. 2....

Comedian Jon Stewart took to his Daily Show platform on Monday night to slam the Democratic Party for downplaying Biden's abysmal showing in his showdown debate with Donald Trump last month. The host blasted the party's 'blatant bull***' excuses about jet lag and the president having a cold while calling on Democrats to have a 'conversation' about Biden's future as his health and age comes under increasing scrutiny. These concerns were exacerbated by the presidential debate on June 27, in which Biden repeatedly stumbled, paused and could not complete sentences.

For many years, I have testified and written about Antifa and its growing anti-free speech philosophy. Some Democratic leaders have embraced this violent movement, which continues to gain strength on campuses and its cities across the nation. It is also a global movement. That is reflected in the alarming election of Antifa candidates to the French National Assembly as well as the European Parliament. That is quite an accomplishment for a movement that President Joe Biden dismissed as “just an idea.”As discussed in my new book, “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage,” I explore the history...

Tennis legend Novak Djokovic is still being booed by a small section of fans at major tournaments, with speculation that part of it is driven by his stance against the mandatory COVID vaccine stretching back years. The seven-time Wimbledon champion accused the Centre Court crowd of “crossing the line” and disrespecting him after he beat Dane Holger Rune in three straight sets last night. The crowd repeatedly chanted “Rune” throughout the match, which Djokovic claimed was an attempt to antagonize him because the word sounds like “boo!”“To all the fans that have had respect and stayed here tonight, I thank you from...

Three years after Gov. Greg Abbott announced Texas would take the extraordinary step of building a state-funded wall along the Mexico border, he has 34 miles of steel bollards to show for it... (at) a price tag of some $25 million per mile (similar in cost and capability to Trump Wall)... Progress has been hampered by the state’s struggles to secure land access... Nonetheless, state contractors have already propped up more wall mileage than former President Donald Trump’s administration managed to build in Texas, and Abbott’s wall project is plowing ahead at a quickened pace. State officials hope to erect...

A report titled "Lawfare: How the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and a New York State Judge Violated the Constitutional and Legal Rights of President Donald J. Trump." was put together by the Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government today. It's a deep dive into the 34-count criminal indictment against Trump, announced by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg back in April 2023. The charges? Allegedly, Trump fiddled with New York business records to hide a federal crime, turning misdemeanors into felonies. This all ties back to payments made by Michael Cohen to...

I enjoy plenty of government services (my library, my bus, the mail) but if I had to pick an absolute favorite thing the US government does, it might be “fund Gavi.” Gavi is the international body, funded by rich governments and philanthropies, that bankrolls and organizes the distribution of life-saving vaccines in the Global South. Countries become eligible if their gross national income per capita is under $1,810. That’s lower than you might think — a lot of countries that we consider quite poor, like Bangladesh or Kenya, are too rich to qualify for Gavi support. Those who get aid...

There will be no reckoning among Democrats and their media lapdogs regarding their years-long effort to hide President Biden’s mental decline. No one will lose their job, precisely because they were doing their job – spinning false narratives to keep the left in power. And, let there be no doubt, they will keep doing it. The current focus on Biden’s unfitness will last only until Democrats determine whether or not they can force him out. That effort won’t be easy. Biden is an empty suit with a boundless ego – he truly believes he is a modern-day FDR. Withdrawing because...

Attorneys for Hunter Biden on Tuesday withdrew their bid for a new trial in his federal gun case, conceding in court papers that a motion they filed last month misunderstood a technicality in the district court's capacity to carry out a trial. Hunter Biden's legal team had argued in a filing last month that his "convictions should be vacated" because trial commenced before a circuit court formally issued a mandate denying one of his many pretrial appeals -- an argument disputing not the merits of the case, but the mechanics of the trial.

Officers should have known that handcuffing a compliant 10-year-old is unnecessary, the court ruled. In an unpublished opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit ruled that the officers were not entitled to qualified immunity, a judicial doctrine that shields government officials from civil suits in cases where the rights they allegedly violated were not clearly established by prior case law. The doctrine protects a wide variety of abusive officials from legal consequences and makes it harder for victims to hold them accountable. Citing previous rulings holding that handcuffing a complaint child surrounded by adults constituted excessive force,...

And, politicians are now calling for a 725% increase for 2025. Beginning in 2023, cities around the U.S. began to receive funds from FEMA to alleviate the orchestrated, growing, and unaffordable financial burden on taxpayers in regards to the invasion of third world migrants coming for welfare—it’s called the “Shelter and Services Program” and it’s costing us an arm and a leg. For FY 2023, the program cost $363.8 million; just one year later, the invoice had nearly doubled, shooting up to $650 million. Now, government officials, from the local levels to Washington D.C.’s are asking for as much as...

According to PunchBowl News, one House Democrat who is supportive of Biden said the Caucus meeting “felt like a funeral.”

A top Democratic pollster has a new survey that shows President Joe Biden is still in contention against Donald Trump but is at risk of losing the election. Other leading Democrats are now surging ahead. The national poll was conducted and commissioned by Bendixen & Amandi after the fallout from Biden and Trump’s debate and shared with POLITICO. It found Biden trailing Trump 42 to 43 percent. Of the 86 percent of likely voters who watched all or part of the debate, only 29 percent said Biden has the mental capacity and physical stamina to serve for another four years,...
