The kindergarten was meant to be a safe refuge for children under the age of five, but it would become the scene for one of the most barbaric and vile acts of the Palestinian terrorist group. Harrowing images show blood smeared across the floor amid the kiddies' chairs and barbaric destruction as Hamas terrorists left discarded AK47 magazines strewn among children's toys.

Three men are accused of abducting a Florida man in Fort Lauderdale at gunpoint, waterboarding him and then trying to enlist his help in their plot when they realized they'd taken the wrong person, according to a federal indictment unsealed Tuesday. The alleged victim played along until he got away long enough to call in a bomb threat that sent a massive police response to the rescue, authorities said. The suspects are two bothers, Jeffry Arista, 32, and Jonathan Arista, 29, and a third man named Raymond Gomez. They allegedly snatched a man in a parking garage outside his Fort...

The Tánaiste has announced an “immediate” €13 million aid package for Palestinian people following recent violence in the Middle East. Micheál Martin said the aid package includes €10 million for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency and €3 million for the UN Office for Humanitarian Affairs. Today is the day Republicans elect a speaker. One way or another, with or without the help of Democrats, someone is going to sit in the Big Chair. Maybe. At least for a while. If that sounds vague and uncertain, welcome to the Republican Party circa 2023. After 48 hours of ham-handed threats and strong-arm tactics, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) is still short of a majority to win the speakership. In fact, Jordan lost support on the second ballot with 22 Republicans now opposing his bid for speaker — two more than the 20 who voted against him on Tuesday....

By now we all know that academia is utterly compromised, filled with anti-Western propagandists who see their role as being the vanguard of the proletariat.Still, even I am shocked at how brazen these professors from the City University of New York, a once-great institution, are in their open support not just for Hamas, but for their acts of terrorism. The events of October 7th weren’t terrorist acts, but a “military operation” that just happened to include rape, indiscriminate murder of civilians, and the desecration of bodies. You know, like any military operation, right? And there is also no equivalence between the October 7...

The president of a Catholic college in Ohio announced the creation of an “expedited transfer process” for Jewish students who are facing antisemitism at other universities, following the Hamas terrorist attack in Israel. “With our fellow Christians around the world, we are praying for justice and peace,” Franciscan University of Steubenville President Fr. Dave Pivonka said in a press release Wednesday. “But with too many universities preaching tolerance but practicing prejudice, we feel compelled to do more.” With the “very troubling spike in antisemitism and serious threats against Jewish students,” the university is offering those students “the chance to transfer...

This case is sort of like the OJ case in the sense that we all know exactly who did it even if the person responsible continues to deny it. But in the case of Joran van der Sloot, he finally did admit it in a court in Alabama today. The admission came as part of a plea deal in a related case in which van der Sloot had tried to extort money from Holloway’s family. The charges stemmed from 2010 when Mr. Van der Sloot tried to demand a $250,000 payment from Beth Holloway, claiming to have knowledge of the...

Chalk up another one to the very disintegrating system of justice that we seem to have now in this country and add another to the pile of the "two-tiered" application of the law. Douglass Mackey was sentenced to seven months in prison on Wednesday. He intends to appeal, and let's hope that's successful. His big crime? He got convicted for spreading a meme. This meme got Douglass Mackey 7 months in jail. https://t.co/kdswMU7S1B pic.twitter.com/r4LnjHXeLG— Ashley St. Clair (@stclairashley) October 18, 2023His conviction was ridiculous.Mackey was convicted on a single count of conspiring with others to interfere in the 2016 presidential...

King Abdullah of Jordan. (Credit: Collin Rugg/X)As the Israel–Hamas war rages on, Jordan’s King Abdullah isn’t throwing out the welcome mat to refugees uprooted by the crisis, and neither is Gaza's neighbor, Egypt. In fact, Abdullah said, no refugees allowed:Jordan's King Abdullah on Tuesday warned against trying to push Palestinian refugees into Egypt or Jordan, adding that the humanitarian situation must to be [sic] dealt with inside Gaza and the West Bank."That is a red line, because I think that is the plan by certain of the usual suspects to try and create de facto issues on the ground. No...

Occupation of rotunda in Cannon Office building. (Credit: Collin Rugg)We reported earlier about the massive protest at the Capitol and in the rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) was outside whipping up the crowd. Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) was also involved, expressing "solidarity" with the activists.AdvertisementSome on X spoke about it being "insurrection-y." Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is calling for the preservation of all the records, calling it an insurrection and asking how all these people were allowed into the building and through security. I demand @CapitolPolice preserve all video footage inside and outside...
